The big draw here is the evening meal, which is provided in addition to the continental breakfast. It consisted of hot dogs, meatballs, and mashed potatoes with salad on the evening we stayed. The 2 drinks at the bar were popular that evening as well. The hotel was clean and had a wonderful shower. The indoor pool was a bit crowded for my small children so we opted to use the outdoor pool instead. We appreciated the hotel being quiet as well as dog friendly.

It was a huge deal but their dog policy is a bit different then we have seen before. It is stated in the pet policy that guests may not use the elevator with their pets. I get it, not every guest likes animals but that would have been nice to know before we requested and paid for a higher floor room.

Check in was quick and easy. The counter agent assisting me was personable and knowledgeable. My "extra requests", room located on a high floor away from ice/vending & elevators. Unfortunately I missed the complimentary happy hour cocktails but I did enjoy the included breakfast.

Better signage when exiting the property. The drive one encounters first upon arriving will not allow one to exit the same route. It would be nice to know this before being forced to make a "U Turn" in the fast food parking lot at the dead end.

I was pleased with the food at breakfast and dinner. I have 24 years of restaurant experience so I am more critical than most. Presentation of the food was nicely done and temps were good, Cleanliness was well maintained and the Quality was good. I enjoyed both meals! Thanks!!! I was also impressed with your staff. Jasmine checked me in and later on I noticed her in the dining area. She is very friendly and customer focused. Everyone appeared to be enjoying their experience at the Drury Inn!!! Thank-You!!!

Hot tub, loved happy hour and breakfast was great. We loved Teresa, Mark and Tana. They were all very friendly. Excellent free drinks

Food could have been a little hotter. My stay was for pleasure, and having Netflix or Hulu would have been nice. It would be good to have another luggage rack instead of putting it on the floor. We are disabled and that would have been better for us.

Breakfast was included and so are afternoon snacks/light dinner! Amazing, really. Our room was very spacious and quiet. Great location- walk to tons of shopping & restaurants! Pool being half in the sun, 1/2 inside was great.

The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. The springs are felt. Be sure to clean the chairs and carpet. Overall the experience and the hotel was nice.

Upon my arrival April at the front desk gave me a complementary upgrade to a suite, which was unexpected. Because of this I decided to extend my stay an extra 3 nights. My room was clean. I had an issue with my tub, someone came and took care of it immediately. I asked for towels at the front desk. By the time I went to my room they were there. I loved the hot breakfast and "kick back in the evening. Traveling with a large family we spend alot of money on meals it was great to not have to spend that money on dinner every night. Awsome customer service!!

Loved the amenities (indoor pool/hot tub). Loved the option for dinner and x2 drinks with the stay, not something you find with most Hotels other than the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with several options and proteins. Location put you in the center of all types of shopping and restaurants. Lastly, Staff were excellent and exceptionally courteous and helpful to all Patrons.

Don't change a thing!

I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as accommodating or clean. Breakfast as awesome with ample choices and lots of room to sit. Rooms are the cleanest that I have ever seen, I hope our housekeeper enjoyed the "find the dollar bill" game that we left for her.

Employees should never give contact info to guests, no matter the intention. It was nice to have kind words during our unusual visit. That being said, I feel like handing out Instagram info to guests is over stepping of boundaries and could be a possible liability to your fine establishment. However, I'm sure my younger niece would disagree with me.

Jasmine was probably the friendliest receptionist I've ever met. Gave great information and did it with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very nice. Also, it is in a great location. Everything you need is right around the hotel.

I did ask for extra tp, and waited an hour. Called back to the front desk and the receptionist, Bob, gave me attitude and said nobody called, which I did. However, he brought the tp up to me promptly and his attitude changed for the better by that time. So, really everything else was on point.

The atmosphere was excellent. Every employee greeted us with a warm welcome. The hotel was clean. They offered popcorn and drinks during the stay to include a buffet twice a day. Very clean dining area . All of the accommodations that you would ever need on a trip.

Absolutely nothing. The whole experience was Great.
