The beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. We were on the elevator with Ray and he was doing his nightly room checks for cleaning needs. He was so kind and we informed him of how impressed we were with the facility. He offered us more info about breakfast and local dining options. He was very accommodating and professional. I wish all places were as wonderful. Hate we only stayed one night

There was nothing we didn't like. Any future plans to Charlotte, this will be the only place we consider. Thank you all for your kindness and clean accommodations.

Location and price was good.

I could smell smoke from another room in my room. When I went to the front desk to checkout, the agent kept chatting in the breakfast area with what appeared to be her boyfriend. She kept looking at me from afar but never once came to see what I wanted. Eventually I just dropped the keys at the desk and left. I felt discriminated against honestly. Also, the beverages for sale in the store are extremely overpriced.

It was quiet

It was not clean enough. I had too clean some stuff myself, like the bathroom. The bathroom was too small. The shower walls had hair on it as if no one cleaned it (disgusting). Their was a salad and a drink in the refrigerator (I guess someone left it and no one cleaned it out). The pillow case had a huge red stain on it, the sheets and blankets had black marks on it (like ashes were smeared on it). The location of the tv was uncomfortable, I guess they put the tv there so you can watch it from the bed or from the couch but it just didn’t work for me.

I honestly loved the set up of the room the only issue I had was soon as I entered the room I needed to use the bathroom I flushed the toilet. the handle was on the floor. There were no other rooms I couldn't get my money back since the room was automatically paid for so I took it old school whenever I needed to use the restroom I would lift the lid up & flush it. Other than that the room was so beautiful!

Been going through many hotels for business and many hotels for vacations this is one of the better hotels I'll probably stay at a Northside Charlotte wonderful staff very clean and accommodating rooms all out and together and great place

Has a very big rooms everything was as expected and the pool is super clean big pool nice clean environment your property meet your expectations how satisfied are you with this room I'm very satisfied

I bought a bottle of water and paid with cash. the front desk guy was on the phone with someone but he took my money 2.68 and he charged my card which was on file. this hotel is double dipping trying to get and recoup the money back that people are stealing on the snacks. not a good practice. I don’t think I would stay in the hotel in future.

The hotel and the front desk attendant was wonderful and very helpful. Booking.com cancelled my room and luckily the hotel had 1 we could get but I had to pay extra and not what was quoted by booking.com. Was very disappointed in booking.com

We are here in area due to family in hospital. It was great we had a clean place to stay! Downfall was my fault. We have no idea how long we will be here so I booked one night. Then was able to book again. Failed to book before no room suitable for us. So I had to search for a clean affordable place. But my fault!!

Michelle at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, and the room was very nice.

For breakfast they never replenished the Orange juice the two days I was there, there was no batter for the waffles. Also there was no ironing board

Your main staff at front desk very rude and throw her staff employee under right in from of us I checked in earlier. Just came back to get keys at 3pm and she was out of place. She does nor need to do customer service as a head person. I have spent thousands at comfort inn in the pass months All stays have been excellent. This is a new hotelvand she us not welcoming
