Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Northlake

The room was cold and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed having the extra space to relax in. The lady at the front desk was exceptional. She made sure we had everything we needed for an overnight stay!! Thank you very much.

The hotel itself was decorated very nice. The room was very spacious and the furniture was comfortable! I loved how hot the water got in the shower!! Fully equipped kitchenette with everything you will need!! Free breakfast and it was pretty good as well. Very pleased with our stay!! Definitely would return.

I didn't like that guests were able to bring their dogs down to the area where breakfast was being served and if the hotel is at full capacity the parking is very limited and most guest didn't care because they were double parking.

Everything was nice and clean. Good value for your money. I will stay here again!

The breakfast was terrible. It seemed as if it was prepackaged cheese omelets, sausage patties and you can make a waffle. They also had packaged sandwiches. There’s is nothing to the hot breakfast if that’s your deciding factor for staying here. Also, the room was hot, it would not cool down even when i set it to 65. But i bought a fan so it worked out for me.

Suite was cozy and had a little of everything you need. Bed was excellent. Breakfast included was good but cold and had to wait for it to be put out due to the amount of people being served.

Bed was in a tight corner of room, air conditioner blew cold air straight on our faces all night, spent the nights turning it off and on. I guess pillows were down filled, struggled to get comfortable with them. Maybe a firmer option?

I love the price and the setup of the rooms. I felt like I paid BIG money to get that room. My wife was amazed. I also love the room setup, TV at the end of the bed, beautifully put together.

I didn't like that I was unable to request extra pillows, I also didn't like the many times I call to front desk throughout the day, and no one answers even when there some just sitting at desk.

Pictures on site are accurate. The staff and hotel(outside/lobby/etc) were nice. The room was reasonably clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Its also in a quiet area and there are a few food places and a target nearby.

The entire parking lot smells like weed. My room was clean but you could tell housekeeping did not thoroughly clean it and skipped out on some details (ex. found leftover food from the previous occupant and there were hairs in the shower). The hotel is also about 20 minutes from everything without traffic, so leave much earlier if you have somewhere to be. There also could have been more breakfast options and more food in general. I didn’t get down to breakfast super late yet they were still out of many food options and weren’t restocking.

confusing that there were 2hotels in the same building…. basically the suites were residence and the regular rooms (without kitchen-lr) were marriott? they have a different interpretation of “Hot” breakfast. mins does not equate to prepackaged waffles that can be warmed in microwave. there was no bacon as pictures indicate.

Everything was very clean and the staff were on top of everything and very helpful and friendly. Nothing about our stay failed to meet our exceed our expectations.

The room was very clean and spacious. The cost of the room was at great value and the amenities made the stay very enjoyable.

Wish there was an indoor pool.

Everything was great and check-in was a great. Rooms are always nice and clean when I visited this location. Lobby nice and clean. I just wish the rooms where a little cheaper but other than that great place to stay.
