The staff at this location was beyond pleasant. They went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed to make our stay great. Everyone, from manager to cleaning staff, seemed eager to make sure we were fully satisfied.

Only 2 small things. The facility itself seemed a little old so the wallpaper in one corner of the bathroom in our room was peeling off and the bathroom sink had a slow drain. Nothing that was a big deal though.

The staff is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The people were amazing. Very clean facility. That's about all I can say. No room service......

Room service was closed on Saturday....That doesn't make sense. The food nearby wasn't very great and we wanted to order in and was told it was closed. The little bar too.... We paid more for a hotel with room service and what we got is the same amenities that you would get at a 1 or 2 star motel. The staff was amazing. The room was comfortable. The pool was very small and can really only occupy a few people at a time. Smallest pool I've seen at a 3 or 4star hotel. The price for 3 nights for what we got is really high. Husband thought for the price there should have been a mini bar in the room.

It was nice to have a return to hot breakfast and not the awful grab and go stuff we have experience for the last 18 months. The omelettes were delicious!

The hotel is dated - time to refurbish. The beds were fairly soft - we prefer the firm mattresses. Our room was just above the noisy swimmers and we had to listen to their noise until after 10 p.m. - fine for vacationers but we had a 0530 call to arise and get ready for the airport.

It has nothing to do with the hotel. They help me get a room, when booking.com didn't send my reservation to them.

The breakfast was nice.

The pool was extremely small. The room space could have been quite bigger! Most places I have stayed always have a sofa in the room as well not much room to move around!

We didn't eat breakfast, we had other plans. But overall the stay was warm and welcoming. Location was great and we enjoyed every thing.

The first night the guess with the group of boys were very loud and disturbing. But the second night was a lot better.

I traveled with my 10 yr old daughter, alone. I felt safe the whole time, it is a good location. The bed were comfortable. The check in was nice and very helpful.

Maybe the pool. It is a nice pool, but I was hoping she could have swam indoors. It is connected to the outside and not heated. Which I'm not upset about, I just thought maybe it would be.
