I always try to stay at a Drury Inn when I travel. I refuse to stay at hotels that don't offer anything other than a room - no perks. I don't drink but I love the reception, and I also like that breakfast is included in your stay. The room and bathroom were spotless! I didn't have a reason to leave the hotel, so I don't know anything about the areas near the hotel. I've been getting my family and friends interested and excited about this hotel as well.

This was the first time staying at a Drury Inn that had so many people at the reception and breakfast. My mom immediately said, "This looks like a huge cafeteria"! It was a bit unorganized, and I think there needed to be more staff to help.

Unbelievable amenities. Beautiful lobby seating with large screen tv and loads of comfortable seating. Front desk staff was so congenial and helpful about everything. Serve a complimentary dinner from 5:30 - 7 at least Mon-Fri. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Truly made us feel special which made the somewhat ordinary room feel 5 star. Loved the environment and fact that the hotel has so many unexpected perks, especially for the reasonable overnight rate. Special shout-out to McKenzie who treated us like royalty.

Shower head was wide but not especially powerful but did the trick. Towels kind of scratchy as was the tissue but so minor compared to how much I liked the property.

We LOVE that Drury provides breakfast AND dinner/cocktails. It's the reason we've been seeking them out since we discovered the chain. Great value and the hotels are always clean and updated. We don't feel like we're lowering our standards to stay here.

The location, although central to major roads and the reason we chose this as our stop to Hilton Head, is terrible! It's located directly across from a mall that has had 3 shootings in 3 months. We went over to walk around a bit after dinner since we had been in the car for a long time that day. The mall LOOKS decent. But when we went in we passed 2 armed police officers, 3 security guards, signage that informed of a police dog that sniffs out guns, and a man on his phone talking to someone about selling large quantities of marijuana. We turned around and left. After we got back to our room a quick internet search produced information regarding the shootings.

All receptionists were very pleasant, polite, helpful. We were very surprised that we not only had a free breakfast but also a full 3 course dinner and two free alcoholic drinks every night and any time soda drinks. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large and very clean. It was a pleasure to stay at this Hotel. We stayed there for 10 days

It would be better if dogs were not allowed in all roos but only in designated rooms.

There was a variety of things to choose from! The mall is across from the parking lot of the hotel. With many of shopping plazas that surround it. This was a great location for my family. We came for my daughter's birthday, she's 9 this year. Her favorite thing to do is hotels so we always try to book one that accommodates us and her. She had a great time! The bonus for me as a mother, was the dinner you guys served up until 7pm😊

I enjoyed all the amenities, breakfast, and dinner.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. , Kayla checked us in this was our first day at a Drury Hotel Kayla was very informative about the hotel and extremely welcoming. The buffet dinner that is included with the price of the room was a fabulous surprise we had been traveling all day the last thing I wanted to do was get back in the car and go find dinner. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable bathrooms great. No issues whatsoever, I have already recommended Drury to several family members and will definitely stay again.

No complaints at all.

The desk greeted us with a smile. The entire hotel rooms, hallways, bathrooms were clean and free of any clutter. The dining area was clean and staff kept it clean during the time we were eating and they were very helpful. Also staff deliberately went out of t their way to ask you if you were enjoying yourself and how things were going. They also expressed that they wish that we would come back again.

Well, there was only one elevator working at the time and I think that the inspector who signs off on having inspected the elevator should sign his signature so that it can be read and not just scribbled because an inspection of an elevator is a very important job.

Quiet and clean hotel which included a hot breakfast buffet. Room looks new or renovated. Everything in the room works (fridge, microwave, TV, clock).

Not able to lock the bathroom door since no lock on it. Parking spot is very tight, even if we park perfectly between the white lines, still have to be careful opening the door so won't hit the other vehicles, saw a car purposely take up 2 spaces so no one could park next to them. I don't blame them.

The hotel was a "basic" hotel, but the amenities were what was expected.

One of the two elevators was out over a busy weekend. Sometimes, it would take as much as 30 minutes to be able to get on. Often, we would have to get on if the elevator was going a different direction than we wanted, just to make sure we could get on. My wife has a mobility impairment so stairs were not a viable. However, on the last day, we had to manage a descent from the 3rd floor because after 45 minutes, we could not get a spot on the elevator.

RIGHT ACROSS THE PARKING LOT FROM NORTHLAKE MALL. You can walk to shop and get food! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and they even had happy hour with food and two free complementary alcoholic beverages. It was a very busy weekend for the property with all the ppl staying but is wasn’t loud. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed!
