The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and it was not far from uptown. There were also a lot of nearby places within 5 minutes, like targer and walmart which is nice if you forgot things. There was also a nice all nearby as well and some great local restaurants. . Great location if you are traveling with kids. The indoor pool is also a nice thought. Very clean facility as well. Definitely will book again if we vist charlotte again.

The noisy guests in the adjacent room were very loud mostly in the late nights around 12am. Made it hard for us to sleep each night. Other than that, the place was great

Excellent location - close enough to the airport without airport traffic and noise. Every staff was helpful and pleasant! The breakfast offering was amazing - everything my family wanted and more. We also enjoyed the spacious room.

The reason I chose this hotel over another less expensive property which had similar amenities was this property's indoor salt water pool. My youngest was counting on swimming but she didn't get the chance due to "schedule maintenance." We weren't told that the pool would be closed during our one day stay until after checking in.

The size of the room, kitchenette, plenty of space, the heated pool for the kiddos, breakfast was perfect and options available, coffee, and of course the price!

Room could've been cleaner like some stains, gum on cabinets, beds are comfy but too hard for our taste. The shower/bathroom was small but fair for what we needed. Otherwise great experience!

It was a 1 night stop to our trip to Disney and the room was comfy and the breakfast was good. The inside pool was a + to let the familly play a little after a long drive.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make our check in pleasant and easy. The breakfast was outstanding and convenient. If I was able to rate with a bigger, gleaming smile, I would.

Leaving. There was nothing not to like about this hotel. It was amazing. Perfect for a family with suites like home.

The staff was friendly & treated us like family. The room was clean & well stocked. House keeping was excellent.

Some guest were smoking weed on the pool patio. Not the hotels fault but that was stressful

I was accidentally double charged so I had nearly $500 that was purposely saved for the trip that I couldn't use. And of course like usual u get your money taken immediately but have to wait 3-5 business days to receive it back. I wasn't able to shop hardly at all

The property is nice and renovated. The property is spacious and comes with a lot of conveniences. This hotel is no more than 25 mins from most of the places we wanted to go including downtown Charlotte. my favorite thing about this property is that it comes with a refrigerator and microwave, with a dishwasher and a sink. Its rare to find that nowadays.

issues checking in. could not get room keys for a few hours after we arrived. someone had to let us in the room. pillows in the room were absolutely terrible. bed is too close to ac unit.
