The hotel was very nicely designed, and the room was pleasant and spacious.

I personal thought some of the pillows were too flat, the bed was comfortable, but mattress was little harder than I preferer, but the biggest issues since we were in a handicap accommodating room, the had held shower nozzle never did work after several attempts, I did notify the on-duty clerk but that should never had happened if I was disabled that would have been very frustrating.

The front desk staff was great

I didn't like the lack of communication and understanding from the cleaning people. Then when I asked for another towel because 4 people will be in the room she looked in the room as if I was lying but if I needed an extra towel and it was just me, then what difference does it makes

The staff was super. Recommended a very nice restaurant nearby. Breakfast was sufficient and the person staffing it was there to clean and refresh the buffet. Good variety of items. Good parking. Coffee bar in the lobby.

AC was noisy, the bathroom had no fan. The toilet was child-height. Elevator had an annoying sound when it arrived or left the floor. The driveway leading into the hotel is steep. The front end of the car scraped the pavement coming in.

It was very clean, location was convenient and close to shops and restaurants. breakfast was very good with a nice variety.

It would have been nice if breakfast was available at 6:30am instead of 7am. we wanted to get back on the road before traffic started but we were delayed because we wanted to grab a bite to eat before our long drive. there were also 5 other families waiting for breakfast as well. looks like we all had the same idea to eat early and be in our way.

This property was extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast was Great!

The design of the property is different ,as the rooms are on 4 levels with most rooms facing the lobby..you can hear noise from the lobby if the hotel is busy during early hours or during breakfast. There was a popular college game during our stay.

The room was clean the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. The shower in the room was great.

The mini fridge is tall but very shallow.

The style of the hotel and hotel staff were excellent, it appeared open and inviting. We enjoyed the breakfast bar, workout room and indoor pool. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to shopping, late night meals were good as well.

The room smelled a little stale. We had to use fabreeze and lysol to freshen it up. That was a bit off-putting.

the layout on the insides of the property. We’ve never seen something like that before. The breakfast options were a highlight as well.

the outside could use some work. especially the sign right outside the automatic doors.

Very clean and tidy. Keisha was phenomenal and made us feel very welcome.

Everything functioned well, room was perfectly clean, and most importantly nice and quiet.

Customer service was EXCELLENT!!! I like that Porsha called my room once I got settled to check on me! Jarrod was very kind & helpful. They both were extremely professional!

More hospitality services. I was given options of having clean towels or fresh linen. Even though my stay was only for 2 days I still would like the option of having fresh linen as well.
