When I walked in I was greeted with warmth by the young lady at front desk very professional. Once I made it to my King Deluxe I was really amazed at the Card Scanning technology they use for the key to get into the room it was VERY SECURE. if you didn't shut your door or if it stayed open to long it beeped to let you know your door was open and it also had the time you or someone scanned into your room. I was amazed at how clean it was it didn't smell old run down and raggedy it was neat. The bed was comfortable it had a open type box frame you could see under the bed that was a bonus because it ensures you it was serviced correctly and the Bed was really soft the blanket and nice fluffy pillows as well I had no complaints about my room.The best part is...THEY HAVE A POOL!

The front desk is often vacant because of the constant shuttle rides they offer to and from the Airport. That's a inconvenience because sometimes you'd wait at the front desk waiting for someone to come back from the airport they need a designated driver to handle the airport runs so someone can handle the front desk at all times.

The woman who checked me in had trouble with their computer and charged my charge card 3 times. After I got home I saw this on my charge card statement. I then had to look up this hotel phone number and call the office to talk to someone about this problem. I will not be charged 3 times for my stay. Also when I got ready to leave I tried to get a glass if orange juice. None of the juices in the machine worked, only lemonade and water dispensers worked.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. The continental breakfast was perfect for our quick meal before catching and early flight.

When we were leaving in the morning to go back to the airport they told us the shuttle would leave at 7:30. It turned out that the front desk person did not have the keys to the van, she didn’t tell us until 7:45 and then we had to call and Uber and wait for the Uber. Thankfully we were not late to our flight, but it was close.

The close proximity to the airport, complimentary airport shuttle, comfortable beds and very reasonable price make this the perfect 1-night-layover crash pad. I don't know how this hotel would measure up as a vacation destination place (I think they do have a pool?), but it checked all the boxes for what we needed. Breakfast was also included, but we left really early for our next flight before breakfast was served, so can't rate how good it is.

Everything was great. Rooms were very clean. View from our window was nice. We were in a great location as well. Even though we were in Charlotte, we were in a convenient and not so busy spot. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Staff was excellent as well!

The only issue we had was the $50 security deposit that we weren't told about in advance. We have stayed at another Country Inn Hotel in Surfisde, S.C. a couple of times before and a security deposit wasn't required there.

At the last minute there was know breakfast and I was told that they was going to be late serving, but then an hour later the person whom was suppose to come in had the covid. So I was disappointed about that.one minute they was coming in and hour later she had the covid.

Guests should of got some type of service and or fresh coffee and fruit.

The hotel is located easily from I-85 and about 10-12 minutes from downtown Charlotte. The staff was very friendly, and the facility very clean. Nice, large room and bathroom. Plenty of charging stations/recepticles too.

There was no channel guide and (in this day and age) few channels to watch. I was disappointed I couldn't watch the Hornets game on TV.

clean. everyone was very nice, especially the front desk lady! felt safe and comfortable. it was very nice to relax after working Friday and Saturday morning. look out the window and watch the airplanes take off and land. would go to the airport as a kid and watch them so it was nice to watch from laying in bed! :)

There was not enough Breakfast. I feel like they stopped serving too early. I also didn't like how there was $50 security deposit that was never mentioned during booking.

I loved everything! Clean room, cool AC, beds were comfortable. I wish I could remember gentlmens name working front desk he was amazing and needs a raise! I checked in at 4pm on May 27th 2022. There was a dog barking on my floor and he took care of it quickly. Thank y'all for a wonderful comfortable stay!
