I've to say that after reading some reviews, I was little afraid of staying at this hotel and was about to cancel. Thank God it was pre-paid lol. My experience was good. The room was clean, lobby modern and cozzy decoration, surroundings is not the best. However, you can get to the Uptown and nice places within 15 min driving. Staff kind and willing to help.

Overall was a good experience. My family enjoyed staying there. The only thing I didn't like is that the oven was broken or something like that and there was no hot breakfast at all during our 4 mornings there (including my birthday and Christmas) ... :(

I love this hotel! The staff was very friendly and professional. Our suite was very large and even had two big TVs! The bathroom was very clean and even had the Dove toiletries that you need. We just wish the ice machine had been working on our floor. The hot breakfast was delicious! It was nice to have the little store to buy water and sodas. It is a great location by the Charlotte Airport! The room was nicer than the resort we stayed at in Asheville!! We would definitely come back again!

I did not eat the breakfast because we got up late. The staff was wonderful and very kind and courteous. The room was roomy, clean and very comfortable. Ty was especially helpful to us when we were stranded downtown at 2 am and couldn’t get an Uber. He really went out of his way to assist us.

I really did not have any complaints. We’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn 2 times this year and it has definitely pleased us both times

The breakfast was incredible so amazing and delicious. Also TJ and Cristian(sorry spelling) I want to say we did not get to due what we came to Charlotte for due to miscommunication on someone else’s end. TJ made sure we felt better gave wonderful suggestions for alternatives to not able to go to cosplay convention, my daughter was devised but TJ made a suggestion about carowinds and made her weekend amazing so thank you very much TJ front staff and cook. We will be back to this hotel! Do not let TJ front staff kitchen go they are why we will return! Thank you Lanette

Traffic and vaccine mandate

The breakfast was delicious. We had lots of options to choose from. Very satisfied. Loved the garden my kids enjoyed playing outside for a while. At night we didnt hear traffic so we got a great nights rest. The rooms were spacious very clean! Just overall amazing!

The pool had too much chlorine. My kids didnt like it. Other than that we loved staying at Holiday. Defitnetly will be booking again!

Great airport hotel. Very clean & the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The staff running the breakfast were really wonderful & brought joy to the morning after a 30+ hour journey from Australia. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Couldn’t get the shuttle after midnight but that is totally understandable. Recommend getting a taxi vs Uber if this happens to others as it’s too short of a trip for ubers & we had a couple cancel on us.

clean, friendly desk staff, safe

The continental breakfast was not fully available during the times we were told. we were there 30 mins prior to closing and there was barely any options left. the attendant didn’t seem happy with people and was not trying to replenish and restock anything for the rest of the patrons to enjoy. if it is a limited amount of food availabile then we should have been informed upon check in that breakfast was first come first served only.

The room and bathroom was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Very relaxing and quiet.

When we pulled back the shower curtain it had personal body wash and lotion on the side of the tub from the previous person who stayed in the room. And I’m not referring to the body wash and lotion the hotel provides. Which to me means they didn’t change the shower curtain. Which makes me a little concerned of what else in the room wasn’t properly cleaned.

Free shuttle driver came for us again without our calling again after we were not out there quickly enough. Important to call when you are actually out at bus stop. Charlotte is a big airport. He and all staff were friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. The hotel is lovely with many areas in room and lounge to relax. Free hot breakfast buffet was from 5:30 - 10 if I remember correctly. Plenty of choices, omelets, sausages, pancakes, coffees, juices, cereals, fruit, muffins, sweet rolls, cookies, yogurt, nuts and toppings. Bed and pillows were comfortable, went right to sleep, quiet. Our room had 2 queen beds, a sofa, foot stool, coffee table, desk and chair, microwave and fridge. No onsite restaurant, but place by front desk where you can buy frozen meals, drinks and snacks, which you can charge to room or pay for at front desk. Shuttle runs every half hour. I cannot remember starting time. Bathroom is good sized. Instant hot water and large shower head in our shower, and on the wall large dispensers of Dove shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Price on Booking.com was really good. We had a great restful night!

Clean and hours of availability

Everything was great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Having a shuttle to and from airport were a definite plus. Mr. Ron and our morning driver were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and evening staff (I wish I had their names)were some of the best I have ever encountered and I travel frequently. This was an unplanned/unscheduled stay, but your staff made it comfortable.
