Excellent airport hotel. The room was big and comfortable. Great kitchenette with everything you need. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Gym was good - free weights, cable machine and a few cardio machines. Free airport shuttle was a bonus. Breakfast looked great.

Location will obviously only be good if you're in transit or have an early flight. You will need to have service/roaming to call the airport shuttle - there is no free phone. Wifi requires you to join the Hilton club (free but annoying). The peloton bike in the gym could not connect to the wifi (because it isn't a fully open connection), which was frustrating.

Stayed only one night on a forced layover. Really convenient to CLT (5 mins) and the shuttle back to the airport the next morning was efficient and clean. Room/suite is spacious with seating area, fullsize fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very comfortable bed. Blackout curtains. Both the suite and bathroom were SUPER clean and fresh.

The welcome at the front desk could have been warmer, though it was quite late at night. Although the room was quiet and dark at night, could still hear aircraft landing, though with the airport so close that can't be prevented. The breakfast offerings were limited and the hot items (burger/sausage in buns with egg and cheese) were unappetizing (sitting too long in a hot glass cabinet).

Getting from and back to the airport was quick and easy. The reception desk staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly.

Just one tiny suggestion. Have reception desk staff ask if you need access to wifi. I was trying to check us in for a flight early the next morning and could not get access to wifi. I tried calling the front desk but was unsuccessful and was too tired and in pj’s so didn’t go to the front desk. Or a card in the room with wifi instructions. Also, instructions by the phone on how to call the front desk for weary travellers - we couldn’t find any.

We were in town for a wedding March 18th. The location is great for easy access to the beautiful attractions in Charlotte NC, the hotel is super clean, smells fresh, Etta the front desk attendant was so kind and friendly at checkin, Maurice was a very nice gentleman gave us directions to Johnson and Wales cooking school and he made sure the floors at the lobby entrance, breakfast areas and elevators were "Spic and Span". We have 2 grand dogs and had to get a sitter for them. Etta informed us that the hotel is pet friendly, we were very surprised because there was zero evidence that a pet had visited the property!!! After seeing the way Maurice cleaned, we both said "its no wonder we never smelled pets!" Again, everything was exceptional!! My husband was concerned about the planes departing the airport which is about 5 minutes away, he snored and never heard anything until breakfast time. The room is extra large with a sleeper sofa, curtain to separate the bed from sleeper and includes kitchenette with fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher. Planning to return soon, this trip will include the granddogs!!🤗

Mattress could use upgrade, it was covered in a protective mattress cover which is great!!

Convenient to the airport with a fast shuttle pickup. Each room has a kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave and dishware, plus a sitting area and big workspace, so it really felt like a mini home rather than a hotel room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok, just premade options at a counter rather than breakfast to order or even a proper buffet. Fair bit of variety but not great food, nothing really fresh. You have to go next door to the Holiday Inn for a restaurant or bar.

we had our reservation booked and PAID for MONTHS in advance. Once our plane landed, delayed by several hours due weather, I called to arrange the shuttle only to be told they were sold out for the night!!! EXCUSE ME?? I explained that I had pre-paid my room and had a reservation, she put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up and call back. She said “she moved some things around” and found me a room, I was too tired to argue any more and just was grateful for myself and my kids to have a place to sleep. The shuttle drivers both to and from the airport were great! Breakfast was good and hotel itself was lovely. Quiet, close to airport and clean.

Very convenient to the airport, easy shuttle ride the next morning for our flight. Great breakfast - waffles and fresh strawberries and blueberries. The manager refunded our taxi cost after no pick up at airport. The manager was delightful and professional.

The 24/7 shuttle pick up at the hotel was dysfunctional. The number to call was never answered, so we had to wait for a taxi at 1am. We were told the switchboard was down.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to airport and shuttle service was a plus, staff were very friendly and they also allowed a later check out so we could take airport shuttle. Breakfast was ok no coffee when we arrived at 800 am.

Guest were loud, after 10pm arguing in hallways. Staff did put a stop to it quickly but non the less I was woken up by it.

Shuttle to airport leaves every half hour,but reservations are necessary and popular morning times were "already reserved". They need a larger shuttle-bus,or more of them.

Excellent location, if you are awaiting your flight. Shuttle service took about 5 minutes. Very clean rooms. Pool.

Because it was so close to the airport it was hard to find a place to eat. The hotel provides breakfast. The nearby Holiday Inn has a restaurant but this is closed at weekends. Maybe I simply did not find what was nearby, but if you do not have a car, I think it was hard to find something to eat for lunch or dinner on Sunday. I had to buy a sandwich at the nearby 7/11.
