Room price was very good. Clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel was in process of remodel but my room was done so very nice for price. Location very close to the airport.

The hotel staff at front desk in the morning were either unknowledgeable of taxi fees or didn't care to know. I asked if they could call a taxi and the man replied it would cost $30-35. I asked why the taxi from airport only charged $15. They said there were less taxies available in the mornings and rates were higher. I had to ask for my room checkout receipt. She did not offer to give me one. The taxi driver advised fare to airport was only $15 as that was the minimum for Charlotte for a 3 mile or less ride. The hotel I liked, the staff no. I liked that I was able to have somewhere to stay for cheap prices. Although even for 65.00 a night the water don’t get hot and when you call the office to tell them there’s nothing they can do. If anything the shower should definitely be working.

The shower worked but the hot water didn’t at all employees at the front are rude even tho I don’t have my Actual card ID due to it being stolen as well as it’s hard to get into the dmv for new replicate ID as well as my drivers licenses I still have my Id at all times to be emailed to them they do it once so why not do it again when I come back into town to stay. I’m paying great as well as I usually leave tips but not this place.

I like the housekeeper Mrs Brenda. she’s very friendly and thorough with cleaning her rooms and making sure guests have all linen they need. hope she gets recognized for a job well done

when I first checked in my room was dirty. it was old used soap in the dish, hair in the shower and on the shower walls. The linen was dingy, it was used washcloths still hanging on the shower rod and it looked like they had skipped cleaning that room. I told ms Brenda and she took care of it

Excellent Excellent.. Me and. My husband. Liked the cleaning of the whole entire room including the bathroom..The lady at the front desk who checked us in was good....We did not see no roaches, no bedbugs and no other bugs as well..that was a big PLUS...so we give this room a 5 star..we really appreciated..

Too MANY noises..at all times of night..other people talking at close to our door....i heard a person banging at the door..during the night and also during the day....That was terrible for us..and we couldn't hardily sleep.at all..Yall need to have security during the day and.especially at night..

I like that the office was next door to me bc it is hard for me to walk so thank you for that and I like the fact that you can charge up any technology get a full charge I also like the t.v has a nice size so my stay wasn't all bad

I didn't like not having breakfast or coffee the tub looking dirty and it took awhile for the room to get heated and I didn't like the cleaning crew to keep asking me when I'm going to leave ask the office

The motel was being remodeled at the time but the manager (Rick, I think it was) was very kind and gave us a room on the third floor which was already renewed. The room was obviously very new and everything was nice and clean there.

The main lobby was a bit worn down and the parking area did not feel like the safest place on Earth but nothing happened and it may have just looked like it.

Close to family, excellent "maid" service

Under renovation, no kleenex, curtains wouldn't close enough to block light, chair broken, 2 clothes hangers, shelf unit blocked hanging clothes, werid size pillows

Room was comfortable. I have enjoyed staying here and meets the needs that are suitable for me. Looking to aquire logging here as much as needed here in the area. Close to several places to eat either sit down or take out.

The property, while currently being remodeled, was accommodating and spacious. The room looked newly renovated and absolutely modernized. Definitely, worth the stay!

The downside was in the morning hearing all the construction happening next door. It was difficult to stay asleep.

it was easy to get to and the location was close to my job.

There’s remodeling currently happening which caused us to wake up in the morning from the loud sounds. would have been nice if they moved us away from the area since I had to work that day.
