Courtyard Charlotte SouthPark

It was a great location and very convenient to get around.

The late-night shit staff could have been more accommodating in handing room keys to my family members whom I reserved the three rooms for. I spoke on the phone with the concierge, who told me I had to be there in person to pick up room keys or else she wouldn't hand the keys to anyone. Additionally, the entire 2nd floor was so loud because a basketball team was in town for a tournament, and it was very difficult to sleep at night due to loud noises and constant door slaming. I made several complaints, but there wasn't anything that the staff could do because most of the 2nd-floor rooms were occupied by the players.

Beds were comfy, great AC, very clean property

During checkout/morning time it is very loud and I’m not speaking in terms of hearing people talk as they walk down the hallway any room door that closes should I say slam it radiates through the rm it will definitely wake you up

The closeness to where I was performing and to other areas like South Park Mall, Cheesecake Factory etc…

I didn’t like the rooms not having microwaves. This is the 1st place that I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a microwave in the room. Was not happy about this at all😟.

Excellent location near South Park Mall, restaurants, attractions, etc. Even though we were so close to everything, our hotel was quiet and secluded. The pool was perfection after a day in 100+ degree heat index. There was plenty of parking at no additional cost. The hotel went above and beyond to clean and disinfect everything. We felt safe even with COVID numbers rising.

The hand sanitizer at the elevator near the side entrance needed to be refilled.

The walls are pretty thin. You can hear everything happening in the hallways and the doors to rooms slam loudly. In the morning once housekeeping started their rounds, it was very loud. It wasn't too bad for us, but may be something to consider if you need kids to take a nap or go to sleep early, or if you want to sleep in late.

We always stay here when we're in Charlotte. Great staff and convenient location, very spacious. Love that it has free Showtime.

There could have been more staff at the cafe inside.

Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was weirdly hard to find. Google Maps was strangely unhelpful. Finally I phoned and Brian, the manager, gave us directions.

The bathroom in my room had dried urine all over the toilet and toilet seat. It made me question the cleanliness of the room as well as the hotel, in general. Now is not the time for poor cleaning habits as this hotel and it’s chain promotes a clean and safe environment. I am beginning to think differently. I reported the information to the front desk, received an apology, and was told that a notation would be made for housekeeping. Unfortunately, this incident is not the first at this location.

Man in room next door played TV until 2:30, left slamming door twice, and forgot to turn off alarm which beeped for 15 minutes after he left.
