The staff was friendly and engaging. Always smiling and greeting us as we passed by, remembered us and we enjoyed talking and joking with them. The hotel was diligently cleaned even the elevators were cleaned and smelled fresh. The pool was cleaned and fresh. (We actually witnessed ourselves the staff doing great work cleaning everywhere)

Ice machines were broken on every floor. However, the excellent staff was able to fill our ice requests at the front desk, and did so graciously with a 😊 smile. I can't say enough about the staff. Give them all a raise, they deserve it!! And fix the ice machines. 😂

I wish they could have continental breakfast

The location was great, providing plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options. The hotel was clean, easiest check-in, that we have experienced so far. The bed was comfortable as well as the seating area. My wife and I wanted a nice and quiet weekend getaway, and that is what we received. We would stay in this hotel again.

One of two of our TV remotes did not work properly. It was okay. We just used the one that worked for both TVs. The bathroom section with tub/shower combo could have been a little larger. It was very tight for me with the door closed, but the tub was a great size for relaxing. The tub/shower faucet ran a thin stream of water during our entire three day stay.

Staff was amazing, and the room was very clean. The beds are amazing also. Very close to a lot things. Plus the light rail is walking distance away!

The manager was definitely 💯 And it’s a place to come back!!

A very clean and tidy hotel that is apparently under new management. Don't be put-off by the (comparably) cheap price. It is a genuine bargain because, I suspect, the new owners are trying to build up a loyal customer base. The manager Cynthia went out of her way several times to personally address any concerns (the TV didn't work in one room and, quick as a flash, she assigned me a new room, no hassles at all).

Honestly can't fault this hotel in the value-for-money stakes. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The car parking is close to the front door. There are stores and restaurants nearby (though probably best to drive rather than walk at night). I would stay here again for sure.

I am thoroughly impressed with 315@Loso. The room was amazingly clean, spacious and comfortable. The check in process was very fast and easy. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and even recommended a great restaurant in the area for us to eat at. The topping on the cake was Ms. Cynthia, the hotel manager! (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was amazing and made sure all our needs were taken care of. I'm so glad my family discovered this hidden gem in Charlotte, NC. We will definitely book again when we're back in the area!

Everything was Amazing

315 LoSo Hotel is different. It’s quirky. Two miniature medieval knights stand in the entrance. There is a chess board set up in the lounge. The overall hotel is presently designed & meticulously clean. The room was comfortable, clean, and sported tiny plastic cacti that we found baffling but cute. The staff was so pleasant, and also unique. Helpful, accommodating & fun!

My sister & I were only there for a short stay so didn’t have much time to explore or locate amenities.

Comfortable, great value, close to downtown and some good restaurants. The suite is a place you can relax in or work from.

The neighborhood may be a little off-putting to some but don't let that stop you from a great place to stay. (Anyway, the way gentrification is moving out from downtown , there will be Starbucks and overpriced doughnut shops soon.)

I loved everything about the hotel, the room was clean and fresh, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't watch television, we are subscribed with just about everything and couldn't get the TV to connect to the internet so we could watch, maybe there should just be regular cable. We also didn't like the fact that the doors were so thin we could hear everything in the hall Sunday morning and it woke us up very early.
