~ Gorgeous, modern and clean room with plenty of space to stretch out. I particularly enjoyed the door to close off the shower/toilet from the sink - would be very handy when travelling with others. ~ Lovely touch to have the TV showing the occupant name upon entering - felt very welcoming!

~ While the wardrobe area looked lovely, the "long" hanging section was quite short - my pants touched the base when hung by the waistband, and I'm not that tall. Any full-length dresses or longer pants would pool on the base area - defeating the purpose of hanging them in the first place. ~ Not to do with the stay itself, but 5 days later, I am yet to receive a proper invoice, despite advising at booking that this was a work trip that required an invoice. Despite messages on Booking.com and emailing the hotel directly, I have not received a response.

Amazing staff, cleanliness and attention to detail

Everything. Staff was exceptional and very courteous. The moment I walked in the young lady was apologetic for me having to wait behind someone who was having an issue. The wait was not long or an inconvenience but she was very emphatic. The room was the cleanest room I've experienced and I stay 4 star or better. Simple things in the room like a black towel for makeup removal was thoughtful. Bed was comfortable. Not sure if the rooms are soundproof but I heard nothing from the other rooms, not a shower, toilet, TV or conversations. I did go downstairs to the bar for a bite and cocktail. The wings were definitely a great choice and the bartender Dustin kind and conversational and he made me the best lemon drop. This will be my Charlotte hotel choice ALWAYS. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT along with everything else

What an outstanding experience! We traveled this summer to CT and ME from FL with our medium-sized poodle puppy. On our trip north we stayed at a Wyndham Hotel/Days Inn - it was a horrible experience - very unpleasant yet it cost almost what you charged for a WONDERFUL experience on our return trip. We will definitely be back again.

Hotel staff and room was excellent. Top notch. The unspoken hero is the onsite restaurant. Outstanding food at reasonable prices. The chef cuisine is really talented. Best food we've have in a while and worth visiting even if you don't stay at the hotel. Drinks from the bar were exceptional. Even though our waitress was overworked as they were shorthanded, she was awesome. Complementary coffee in the lobby is better than most coffee shops. This is a great hotel with a phenomenal restaurant and bar

Lots of lights! TV was easy to 'work'! Loved the 'painted rooftop below us! great curtains, bedspread, pillows and very comfortable bed! Loved the refrigerator, coffee maker and the 'way' everything was 'laid-out'~~~the ironing board, safe, mirrors, just everything! Loved the waitstaff~~Efficient, knowledgeable and most helpful! Really enjoyed the 'coffee set-up' beside the lobby elevators! The restaurant was most pleasant and the sitting areas comfortable and inviting! The food was delicious! Loved the outside seating!

Unfortunately, the door to the room was too heavy for 'two old people! Possibly you could include some sort of doorstopper to help keep the door open when unloading and so forth. I know it is great as a 'firedoor',though! Because the restaurant was really crowded, the service needed 'help'! salt, pepper, cream and sugar, butter and jam should have either been on the tables or offered to us. I really think the waitstaff did the best they could under the circumstances! The room was very clean, however the rug needs a professional cleaning, or so I think!

I had an amazing stay at the Canopy. I'm so happy I chose this location, walked over to the mall, walked to restaurants and nail services. Check in was super easy the lobby was pretty and comfortable. I was extremely happy with my room, I ended up with a corner room which was spacious, very clean and well lit! It was a nice touch being able to contact the front desk and make requests via text, this made it easy to make a request while I was out of the hotel. I recommend requesting a robe. Quick Tip: You can park for free on the street of the hotel.

I believe that housekeeping might only be on certain days. Not sure but 1 day I didn't get housekeeping, I was able to request a clean set of towels and extra toiletries.

The atmosphere is great, the staff is super helpful and friendly, and the rooms are exceptional. This is one of the cutest hotels I've stayed in! Plus, the room service was delicious and the beds were comfy.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was having to do valet parking. On the morning of checkout, I took my partner to the airport super early. When I got back, they told me I could park my own car in the garage about 50 feet away. I would have rather just done that the entire time instead of paying for the valet - but I'm sure they had a reason for having guests use valet!

This hotel is a 10 out of 10! From the front desk staff, valet, and the wonderful rooms, I was thoroughly impressed. I love how convenient and easy valet was. I felt like we got the VIP treatment. The filtered water all through the hotel and the Nespresso machine with organic and cane sugar. It really is the little things and the bar was awesome. I honestly won’t stay anywhere else when I visit again.

The only downside is if you are coming in after hours, that you have to find the valet staff and finding somewhere to park your vehicle in the meantime.
