Convenient location, good value.

Freeway noise. Needed extra towels and blanket. With no room service during stay, having extra towels in room would have been helpful. Also extra blanket in closet.

Overall I loved the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great.love the location.

What I didn't like was when I walked in the hotel there was a smell.but seen work being done on the building not sure if that was the reason. I arrived for early check-in. Was given the worst room on the third floor went to the room and it really smelled bad.went back down stairs to change rooms.My only problem was with the women at the front desk she just wasn't helpful she just seemed to be annoyed at being questioned. When I went to checkout the same person was annoyed again just because I asked for a break down of my bill with the hotel. She's just not a pleasant person. Besides those small issues I enjoyed my stay.

I have a major concern. On the booking.com, I reserved a deluxe-king room. On this site, this room contained a king size bed, a toilet room, and a balcony. The room that we stayed in look like a standard king room. I was very disappointed. After talking with the person at the front desk, he informed me that this was booking.com mistake. This 3rd party company lumped all the pictures together making it seem like the balcony was apart of the package. He ensured me the hotel contacted booking.com requesting them to change a while ago. What is the difference between a standard and deluxe king room? I intend to ask and return with the answer. Sonesta did not have a deluxe king on their website.

the room was clean and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. the location was a good one because they we were close to many yummy food options. it was a short drive to many places.

we almost got stuck in the elevator and there were not many vegan options on the menu. the online descriptions are hard to read because not all rooms come with a balcony. I had to spend more money because of this mishap.

i loved the lobby! I didn’t know there was a restaurant and bar but will keep it in mind for my next stay. The ladies at the desk were so friendly. I was in town for my birthday and after checkout I had an incident with my bag falling over and alcohol breaking and they didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed just had someone come clean it up. they also met all of my requests of an early check in, and floor preference.

the only complaint is that the room had an old shut in smell to it and it took a while to get the room cooler. i also didn’t like the smart fridge because it wasn’t designed for storing food and I had leftovers from dinners.

Checking in & out was super easy, staff was friendly. Room was very clean, also easy access to an ice machine on our floor. Was unable to use the pool, but it looked very nice as well & there was a poolside bar.

Booking website is misleading, we were under the impression we were going to have a balcony & we did not. Staff said this is more Booking's fault, as the way they had the room listed was misleading.

The property was beautiful! My first day in was great greeted by the front desk attendant who was very pleasant (it was a guy with the beard ). He was very informative about the property . The bar was nice the drinks were very good ms. Taylor makes the best Manhattans an had a beautiful work ethic about herself even when her manager saw her struggling on a Thursday she kept good spirit.

EVERYTHING SQUEAKS . From the elevators to the air conditioning units in the room. It sounded like when the rubber of your shoes hit the basketball court . Also I added and additional day I’ll not sure if they communicate from the night shift til morning but I was awaken asking when I was going to check out 2 days straight which is beyond annoying when you are on vacation anticipating on sleeping in . The room also had a faint smell of corn chips .

The location was great . Came here to see a Beyoncé for the first time and it’s so nice and clean in here. Not too far from restaurants. Definitely will stay here again soon. bed in room was comfy and everything in there is clean. Staff is amazing ! Next time we’ll do the breakfast option!
