The location was good and easy to find. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby area was nice and neat with nice updated decore

That my room wasn't ready at check in. The room was being cleaned but housekeeping missed some things. No remote to the television and when calling the front desk there was no one there to assist me. Limited breakfast items to choose from

Very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The staff was very willing to assist with all of our needs. the breakfast was excellent, great variety of healthy options and tasty waffles!

The room was spacious, clean, and included a kitchenette. I loved that there were MIRRORS, including a full wall mirror. I loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom - it was beautiful.

It would be nice to add "plant-based" breakfast meats. There were two breakfast types of meat but they were not labeled so I assumed they were pork.

A very long wait to check-in. The clerk was missing. No dish detergent to manually wash a few dishes. Some areas of the room I had to vacuum with my handheld vac, and a lack of items refilled at breakfast.The smell of marijuana around the side outside door next to my room.

This was a great hotel experience from beginning to end. The staff are nice,polite and very helpful,rooms are very clean and well kept.

There's actually nothing for me to complain about. Everything was actually great when I stayed.

I went to get my “hot breakfast” at 9:10 on the first morning and all that was left at that time (suppose to go until 9:30) was some bread to toast and yogurt didn’t even fool with going down the second morning- I was not the only person looking for food at 9:10 a couple other families were scratching their heads wondering

10 minutes from downtown and area has a lot of food and shopping places this is the only place I stay in Charlotte very clean and comfortable

My family and I really like that the rooms were very nice, clean and roomy and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. I like that there was a variety of choices of food items, which I wasn't expecting because of COVID.

I didn't like that it was only one sitting areas outside and there was not a cover over it.

Staff was great!! Cedric ❤. Beds were so comfy. Extra clean!! Enjoyed our stay.

I couldn't get my Senior discount at check in. Then at check out the staff said I had to do it at check in?? So basically no discount. Heads up they just opened but the pool isn't. Waiting on inspection.

Billy at check in was amazing and exemplifies superior customer service! Tha breakfast was great and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed.

Garbage was in the hallway.
