The location of our stay was good. The rooms were quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and greeted us when we came by.

The breakfasts were lacking in freshness. We were often up early as we had meetings to attend at 8 & 9 am. The cooked food was hard & old. When we first arrived there was no one at the desk. We had to call out "hello" about three times, until my husband walked in back & said "hello" again. The comment made by the staff was " you should have called out "hello!" We told her that we did three times. She then apologized. We requested extra bedding. We were told they would bring it. An hour later, we went and got it. One morning we thought we'd have cereal, we got a carton of sour milk that was poured into the cereal before we noticed that the milk was sour - resulting in a lost appetite. 😟 One morning there was no coffee.

The staff was friendly , and location was perfect. I could get to anywhere I needed with in 15-20 mins

one of the reasons I wanted to come to this hotel was for the indoor pool . the indoor pool was closed and wasn’t really given a reason why . then the elevators broke for 3 days . out of my 7 days there I saw on my 1st day I saw a stink bug .. ok no big deal they are located by water and trees . On my last day there I saw a roach in refrigerator. I had snacks in there for my long stay . I just left it 🤮.

Fabulous stay. Was not on the beach, but was only approximately a 5 minute drive to Isle of Palm county Beach. Accommodations were very good, comfy beds and pillows, a heated saltwater outdoor pool, plentiful seating areas in the lobby and a hot breakfast available. We were traveling with my dog so we selected a dog friendly hotel and with this one we hit the jackpot 😊

Very nice and roomy. There was 1 worker who works the morning shift who was always very nice and very helpful.

There's 1 worker who was always very rude an nasty towards myself, my kids and my visitors. Also the pool was closed for the entire stay and we stayed about 2 months.

The clean comfortable room. Fit 3 adults an a child pull out bed was great

Asked to pay cash at checkout, an was told no problem. The checkout clerk's had no idea how to do that in the system. After 15 plus minutes we had to use our credit card. We should not have been told it was ok if it was not. The clerk's both complained that they do that all time knowing they can't really do it.

The gal who checked us in was exceptional. She was very congenial and made us feel right at home. Our room was on the 1st floor right off the lobby, so easy access for us. We are both in our 70's and appreciated that. The room had a kitchen and dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. We bought food at the front desk to cook in our room and washed it down with ice cream, that they also had at the front desk. SAWEET! It was such a treat not to have to go out to eat after being a car for 11 hours. Loved it!! The hotel is right off I-77 easy to get on and off the highway. It was awesome.!!!

They didn't have much of a breakfast. Just cold cereal. We have no complaints about that. We just wanted a hot breakfast, I would totally stay there again in a heartbeat.

All employees were pleasant and professional. Everything was super clean and the style is very modern!!

I did not get the room i requested. I was supposed to have a King room but still ended up with a double Queen. I just kept it because i was super tired and needed rest. The room was still nice though. I know they would have corrected the problem had I brought it to their attention, I’m sure they would have fixed it.

I liked that it was dog friendly.

I do not like being charged extra for my dog. I am sure that no extra effort is put in to cleaning the room afterwards. Just another money grab

Very nice, comfortable atmosphere. Our room was nearly perfect! Although it was really late, Matthew greeted us cheerfully as if he had been up waiting for us! Your gym was really nice too, and we appreciated that you all had Lysol wipes there.

Beds were a bit too soft for my husband and I. Sofa bed had not been let out to check for debris. Happy birthday tinsel inside the sofa cushions. Our first hotel stay in 16 months and it wasn’t too bad at all!

I loved the Beautiful apartment style suite, Especially the dual door bathroom connecting to the bedroom and living room and kitchenette.

I did not have any issues during my stay.
