room was quiet and comfortable. the late checkout was great (noon). super convenient if you want to go to Harrah's casino or shop around. staff was very nice. the bathroom and shower was very clean.

Not really something the hotel did wrong, but I was looking forward to a long soak in the tub and my room only had a shower. The shower stall was large and very clean, but i would have requested a different room had I known I was getting a shower stall. It didn't take away from my positive experience though.

Room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in for a long time. It was comfortable: it came with clean and soft towels, soap and shampoo, the air conditioning worked amazing, and the bed was pleasant to sleep in. The property stayed quiet, which is rare for a hotel these days.

The television had few channels that worked, so viewing was limited. People smoked right outside the front door nearly constantly, so smoke drifted inside to the lobby and lingered at the front door area. The continental breakfast could use some love, it was a little underwhelming.

The property was beautiful although I was there so briefly I had no opportunity to explore. The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything a tech connected world requires these days i.e. multiple outlets for charging peripherals. I especially liked the piece of art hanging on the left wall when entering the lobby. I was happy to see Smokey The Bear, a figure I remember from my childhood days visiting Cherokee and the Blue Ridge Parkway with my family.

Not enough curb cuts to allow handicapped visitors to get to their rooms without climbing stairs, aging elevator in need of service that trapped us inside the elevator until staff could reset the system.

I liked how clean the room was. I liked how quiet it was during the evening and night hours. I liked the helpfulness of the staff. They were very welcoming and polite. I liked that coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours per day. I liked the pillows on the bed.

The bed was too hard. Made my hips hurt. The breakfast was limited. The water pressure in the shower was low. We reserved our first night through booking.com and ended up overpaying for the room, by at least $60.00

Amazing hotel. As soon as I arrived the guy on the desk couldn't do enough for me. He was giving me food recommendations and advice on what to do the following day along with phone numbers if I needed them. The room was big and most importantly, clean! The shampoo and conditioner worked wonders and the hairdryer worked great. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and available till 10 allowing me to have a lie in. There's also coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I can't rate this hotel high enough. And the casino is about a 5 minute walk from this hotel.

The location was perfect because it was so convenient to everything!!! The beds were comfortable and I liked that everything was white. The room was comfortable especially the A/C. They were having TV trouble because they were in the process of switching providers, but that was minor since we were so busy with so much to do in Cherokee. I posted on FB it was my best vacation/birthday EVER!

I didn't like bothering the front desk staff for ice, even though they were always very gracious about it. No complaints from me.

That's a wonderful hotel. Super clean super nice and careful staff. Very good breakfast. Very good location. And really clean and beautiful rooms. It looks like a 5 star hotel. Thank you

I liked the closeness to the casino, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room (deluxe king suite), hotel offered a shuttle to the casino every hour.Front desk clerks at check in and check out were very fast and friendly.

There wasn’t much to offer with the complimentary breakfast just juices muffins pastriws cereals etc so I didn’t eat.Also when returning from the casino one of the night clerks was clearly impaired by drugs and was literally standing there nodding off where me and other patrons noticed.It really made me worry about my safety.

Room size and personable evening staff

Had to wait 30 mins upon check-in due to a glitch with booking com app. At 930 am, a younger woman from housekeeping wouldn't stop knocking and announcing "Housekeeping" until I answered the door. I answered the door asking "Yes". She asked if we were checking out. To that I replied, " Check out is 11". She then asked if we were staying till then. I said, "yes. She looked as perturbed as I was when I just shut the door. Shuttle was out of service but it is a ten minute stroll down to the inner casino doors. So, walking is not a deal breaker for me.

Room was clean. TV channels were very sparse and it took me a while to figure out how to connect to the hotel wifi with the tv so we could watch internet channels like Pluto and Youtube. That shouldn't have to be done every time. Room above the front desk and was by elevator so there was noise when people would come in from the casino. Unsure if this room is the one given to booking dot com customers or what. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental but suitable. Nothing but water (and maybe coffee?) after breakfast is over. Access to Harrah's was easy (they have free parking so we drove) with the hotel shuttle on Friday and Saturday. We saw them going back and forth often, but we only went to the Casino on Thursday night (no shuttle then) so we drove.

Noise since the room was on the 2nd floor above the front desk and beside elevator. That's pretty much it. Everything else was ok for the price of the room.
