It was convenient to everything I wanted to do. It had restaurants around it so that I can go eat without having to leave the property. I wish I knew more about the buses that will pick you up and take you to the casino and different events. When I talk to the bus driver, he told me the number did not work so that did not help that has nothing to do with your facilities.

There was no place to plug my phone in so it went dead because I did not bring a cube because I’ve never been in a motel. They did not have the cube to plug in my phone. That was my only disappointment. Staff was great room was clean. Restaurants are close. Thank you very much.

Staff very friendly and really comfortable beds!!

Location and breakfast. Totally hidden behind other building and breakfast was or tasted like a frozen item heated up in microwave. Sorry but breakfast was not good at all. Not a good selection Very disappointing because that was one of the reasons why I booked at this location. Read a review and as a single mother I thought this would be great.

My last stay which was 5+ years ago the breakfast was more the actual meal. Real sausage patties and had a waffle maker had scrambled eggs. Microwaveable things are still there, which is acceptable. Coffee was great!! The suite my family stayed in was amazing. All the amenities that we needed!

The staff were very helpful. It was a great location. My husband loved that there was coffee and juice available 24-7.

It would be nice if all handicap rooms would have a roll in shower. Even though I am not wheelchair bound, it is hard for me to lift my leg enough to get in a bathtub. Other than that the place was great.

This hotel was fantastic!! It was centrally located to the casino, food, shopping, sightseeing and walking. The staff was amazing especially the manager, Robin. She was very accommodating and friendly as was Rachael, the young lady who cleaned our room. She made sure we always had clean fresh towels. The breakfast was very nice and there was always hot coffee or tea and juices.

Absolutely nothing!!

We were there for the weekend and breakfast included biscuits and sausage gravy and eggs also sausage stuffed waffles. According to paperwork they don't have that on weekdays. Weekend 🥞 breakfast was nice. I would stay there again. I stayed at one in Pigeon forge a month ago and I was very satisfied. Seems to be a good chain of hotels.

My phone didn't work and had dead batteries in remote. Can't think of anything else.

Loved the area and the people were very friendly. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The room was right beside a market and driving distance to the area shopping and the smokeys. We toured the Cherokee museum very educational. Highly recommend the area.

The location was great. The property was very clean. Loved the fact that there was coffee and juice in the lobby 24 hours a day.

The room did not have a microwave. We had a handicap accessible room so it was very spacious but the outlets were not placed in a very accessible place. We had to crawl on the floor to plug in c-pap machine and other medical devices.

Didn't do breakfast, only oj.bed was great.tv tilt was good.room was clean.a/c good .fast food close by. Will stay again staff was really nice.thanks

Need better soap, legs on bed stick out bump into it once, ankle ouch! Need padding.no safe box Location semi ok, little loud trash truck ,traffic, especially car with loud radio boom boom ,that cost more then car.no one wants to hear that .we got a radio to listen to,and have words to a song.if it was not a radio check engine bad knock. Not hotel fault, just Location.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and your staff were very nice. Was easy to get to places and to get back to the hotel. Had good parking as well.

We were not very impressed with the breakfast though. The food just wasn't very good like at other hotels. We ate there the first morning but not the next 2 mornings.
