Cherokee Inn

it was very clean and the breakfast was a hot breakfast as well as cold. It was exceptionally clean in the breakfast area and staff kept it up very well. Front desk clerk gave really helpful information where to eat and get items we needed and everyone was super friendly. It was clean and comfortable. For the location and compared to other motels in the area I would rate it very highly.

I wish the bed was a little more comfortable but my friend was perfectly comfortable in hers. I’m very sensitive and usually count on Hilton beds to be notches above others. Again, for the location it was good. For a Hilton/Hampton Inn bed it was just OK.

Breakfast was good! A good variety of different foods and drinks. Very friendly staff member helped us clean up a spilled drink quickly and with a great attitude.

Our room was right by the side entrance and the ice machine. We heard the ice falling as it was being made all through the night. There was also noise in the evening from people coming back in.

Me & my husband booked a 1 night stay for my birthday. We loved how conveniently close it was too the casino & all the shops. Room was very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was amazing. Very clean area with lots of great yummy options. 10/10 recommend & will be booking here again!!!!

I think we got the perfect room! Back corner, second floor. Although there were hall noises we felt we weren't much affected. Loved the availability of hot water for tea whenever. Breakfast was different each day! The Friday and Saturday evening manager was awesome!

The pool wasn't available.

Breakfast was great - Coffee was excellent!!!! the food choices was good and plenty of them also - the staff was so friendly and kind - the place was so clean!!! got to see elk cross the road one morning which was a treat!!! So close to everything to!!!!

Your booking company reservation wasn’t accepted by hotel. Hotel did not have or show my reservation regardless showing them the reservation and reservation number. Said the number wasn’t valid

Did not like getting to my hotel saying we don’t have a reservation late at night. Luckily they accommodate me.

I managed to trip over the transition from sidewalk to the entrance to the side door. I tripped over a 1 inch elevation change and tried to put my head through their glass door. I practiced concussion protocol and stayed up for a few hours to make sure that my head and neck were okay. Cannot blame the facility, but I did have a very sore head and neck for several days. I was carrying several bags and did not notice the elevation change of 1 inch between the sidewalk and the area (brick) in front of the door. My hands were busy holding bags and my head/neck took the hit.

Went to the mountains for a girl's weekend with my two daughters. The hotel was conveniently located to many attractions. The hotel was clean, and staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and Rebecca and Crystal are very helpful and made everything easy. The bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the room.

I don't understand why there wasn't a closet or rack to hang anything on.

I absolutely loved that the hotel was so clean. I was extremely impressed by the level of cleanliness and safety measures taken to ensure that the guests were as safe as possible within their facility. The self cleaning buttons in the elevator, the self cleaning hand rails in the elevator. The hand sanitation stations throughout and more. The breakfast set up was great and really thought through. I have stayed at several hotels in the Cherokee area and this by far was the best!!!!
