They location and how quiet and safe it was. Comfortable beds and clean room and shower. Easy of the check out and it was like even if you needed to go out at night you were safe. They staff is there 24/7 if need anything during the night

They take out money before your trip $157 to be exact, and if you are not there at 3pm to check in they will call you and ask you when you are thinking of coming. They only take credit/ debit cards when you check in and you can only pay cash at check out. I was not informed before of this so it was difficult when we arrived I had to give my cash to my friend who luckily had money on her credit card for us to use.

This has become my favorite place to stay in Cherokee. The exterior looks a little dated but the interiors are very up-to-date and comfortable. There is the most wonderful cool breeze that comes across the walkways at night if you sit out in front of your room. All appliances worked and the front desk staff went out of their way to make my stay a good one. You are also central to downtown and the Oconaluftee water park.

Nothing was subpar in any way.

We're a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 boys, 6 and 10 years old). We stayed in doble bed room. The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is simple, basic like most of 4 Star hotels. It's a good economic hotel. It was the first time we stayed at a lodge hotel. I was concerned about cleaness and beds comfortability. But we didn't want to spend a lot of money in a room just to sleep, since we had a full schedule of fun things to do. We were leaving the hotel around 8:am coming back around 11:pm. We prefer spend money doing funny activities, and discovering the area. It was a good choice made for the family at this time.

Everything about the room, staff, location, and convenience was excellent! I haven't been here in many years and was glad to be back for one night. I can't believe all the wonderful new changes Cherokee has to offer now! Wow what a difference from so many years ago. Enjoyed my stay immensely!

Nothing was to my dissatisfaction. Everything was perfect!

Room was clean, staff was great. We didnt have to request clean towels they where placed in our room and our room was cleaned during our stay. Room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was so comfortable with so many pillows, had such a good sleep.

The other guest smoking in chairs in front of the property. We are none smokers and want walking through a cloud of smoke every time we walk outside was a annoying. It took away from the fresh mountain air experience.

Great location. Easy access

The towel policy. We had 1 towel each and only 1 wash cloth for a 3 day stay and were ask to hang up our towels to reuse them ...in order to follow the green policy. We had to ask for any additional towels. For a 3 day stay there should be at least 2 towels per person and wash clothes...we were literally given one was cloth to share.

The rooms are nice. It is pretty much close to everything.

No where on the website did it say that you have to put a 100.00 dollar deposit down when you get there. And there was no microwave in the room. The AC could not for the life of it keep the room cool. The lamp at the TV did not work.

Location was great staff was very informational will stay here again

Only thing I didn't like was not the hotles fault but will become and seriously problem for the hotel. The nieghbor house behind the hotel has dogs and one of the dogs is very aggressive so inwas walking across parking lot to get in my vehicles and the dog chased me across the road through the little patch of woods.

The staff very friendly and helpful, the property well maintained and the rooms very clean. I will definitely stay there whenever I am visiting Cherokee. You certainly won't be disappointed with your stay. Thank you !

there was nothing!!

Check-In person was great. Upbeat. Offering helpful information about lodging and area. I was dead tired after a 600 mile 12 hours motorcycle ride and was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Appreciated. The property is well maintained. The parking lot is well lighted and ample. Location is good to dining and recreation.

Disappointing breakfast offerings. Need a huge upgrade, increased selection and include HEALTHY alternatives. The coffee brand needs an upgrade.
