Room was extremally clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Price was great. It was pretty close to every nice trail in Smoky Mountains.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and check in was fast and easy. The rooms were nothing spectacular but it is certainly budget friendly and good for a one or two night stay. Our room was clean and well kept. The indoor pool with the hot tub was nice and well kept. There are several fast food places and gas stations down the street and the casino is less than 10 minutes away. The breakfast was just cereal, pre packaged muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt and instant oatmeal and grits. We stayed on a Saturday night (some people in other reviews said they have more breakfast options on the weekends but I do not think that is the case) but the breakfast was good enough for the kids.

Warm welcome from Ruth at checkin always a good impression , we were there late winter so not to many guests so very quiet , rooms were spacious and had all that we needed breakfast the next day was a good start , showers good , beds comfy and I was amazed at the deal offered , check inn was easy as was the out bound staff all seemed friendly a smile costs nothing but has a big effect .

The building could do with some $ spending just on a paint job and general freshen up , but we liked the place and it suited our needs perfectly , plenty of parking and Cherokee is a minute or two away .

The Inn was tastefully decorated throughout. We appreciated the pictures and decorations, and the theme colors, which all tied in. Room was great, clean, and reasonable. Cleaning personnel did a great job, and we therefore tipped a higher amount than usual. For a "Cold Breakfast," it was excellent. We had yogurt, bagels with butter, cream cheese, and strawberry preserves, etc. and fruit juice.

We can only say positive things. The attendants at the desk were also most helpful. We were so glad to be near the Cherokee Museums, Oconaluftee, etc. Beautiful country and beautiful people! Thanks you for a great stay!~

Clean facility in a very nice and quiet location but still within reasonable distance to main attractions. Pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful and relaxing. Beds and room were average but very clean.

Front desk staff are always off smoking or doing something so you end up standing around waiting for upwards of 20min. To use the pool you have to sign out dollar tree quality towels but told it's $150 charge if towels are not returned.

I loved the heated area for the pool and hot tub. When visiting this area it has a beautiful view from any angle and is super close to the blue ridge parkway. The staff was friendly and the rooms were the quality and comfortability of any well known hotel in the price range. Personally it felt more luxurious then I expected it to. The showers were also in a neat design with great pressure and temperatures.

MY SISTER AND I CAME TO THE MOUNTAINS TO SEE A PLAY AND STAYED THERE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH IT. WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT WHEN WE MADE RESERVATIONS BUT WERE HOPING IT WOULD BE NICE. WE WERE GREATLY SURPRISED. WE WALKED IN TO A VERY CLEAN AND NEAT INN. THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. WE HAVE BEEN TELLING OTHERS HOW WE LOVED OUR STAY THERE. I HOPE I CAN TAKE MY HUSBAND BACK THERE SOON. WE ALSO ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST WHICH WAS A NICE SURPRISE ALSO.

Enjoyed the size of the room. The pool was wonderful. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was wonderful. We were within a short drive of everything we wanted to see/do. We have already booked another stay at the hotel for September.

The bathroom in our hotel room was a little small. That was the only thing that we had any complaints about.

The heated swim pool is large and heated very well (not cold upon entering the water when it is 34 F outside). The hot tub is properly hot but not too hot. By most importantly, the water is very clean. Don’t listen to others who complains about the decorations. The pool area has no fancy new tiles, but the water is very clean! Moreover, the hotel has not many guests even if this is Oct peak foliage season for the great Smokey. My husband and I had the entire pool and the hot tub to ourselves! What a treat!

Very comfortable hotel. When we come to the mts we always stay a couple days here! Great room very clean, staff awesome…So nice to offer a continental breakfast ,it’s perfect..Big plus is the sweet lady who tends the desk and also tends the breakfast area…She’s such an asset to this hotel!! Addresses your every needs!! Treats you like family ❤️
