Comfort Suites Concord Mills

Room was clean (and smelled clean), comfortable. We had a King Suite and the room was spacious and love having a sofa to watch TV. Bathroom was clean, microwave and refrigerator worked. Loved having a separate counter area outside the bathroom to put makeup on and dry my hair. Bed was comfortable and the outside hallways smelled clean. Hotel was near restaurant and a shopping mall. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also had a waffle maker, cereals and fruit.

Everything was great except for one of the curtains wouldn't close all the way and the parking lot street light came through at the top. Bathroom sink was a little too high for my 5'2" height but was doable.

The staff was amazing!! I had an Amazon package delivered their and the front desk guy made sure I got it. I have never been anywhere from a different state alone before, so to have him so welcoming and kind to me was a bonus!! I LOVED my room!! It was always clean and smelled fresh like a summer breeze!! Our bed was so soft and hugable that we didn't want to get out of it!!! The breakfast buffet was OMG it had everything you could want for breakfast besides turkey or non pork items. I personally love my pork, but my boyfriend doesn't eat pork, so he was disappointed.. To be located in a seem to be busy area, it was so quiet, and I LOVED that the MOST!!!

The stay was fantastic. We didn't have any problems with outside noises or other guests. My nephew really enjoyed the pool and the complementary breakfast in the morning was great. We really appreciated that before getting started with our day.

We had to pay an extra 50 dollar fee at check in that was not explained when I booked. I paid in full and did not plan for that expense. The receptionist at check in was NOT friendly. The receptionist at check out was fantastic though. He did a great job of explaining things better.

Breakfast was really good! Room was very spacious! Refrigerator was awesome! There is a Texas Roadhouse right across the street that was awesome!!!

This hotel is very dated. There was a funky, unpleasant smell coming from air conditioner. You have to pay a $50 incidental fee when you arrive, but you get back when you leave.

Impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Also very quiet where we were located.

Only negative was that the microwave didn’t work. When they came to replace it, they realized they didn’t have the right size. The manager indicated he would discount my stay, but then wasn’t able to do it because I had pre-paid.

I loved the location. It was close to everything. My room was really spacious. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like the indoor pool. It gave horror movie vibe. The breakfast selection could be better. Giving that there were a lot of restaurants close. The breakfast didn't bother me too bad.

Elevator was very slow. Felt like it could break any time. Front desk had addressed with elevator repair. Repair person had not taken care of problem

Knew we were going to be late and called the hotel. They were very nice and told us that the room would be held just our check in would be moved to a little later in the evening. Once we got there check in was smooth and we were in our room within 10 minutes.

Went down for the breakfast that was included in our stay. The food was barely warm if that. Also I would like to recommend that you add a few choices for people that suffer from diabetes.

The whole experience was great. It happened to snow while we were there and we are from down south so of course we had to enjoy that. The rooms were clean and staff were pleasant. The location was great.

The pool was not open because of renovations but it is what it is. They are trying to upgrade their amenities and we cannot fault them for that. It really was a great experience there other that the pool not being open.

The breakfast was fantastic and Shirley was so pleasant and funny. She was a joy for us during our stay.

Towels in the pool area weren't restocked as often as needed. The chairs in the pool area were flimsy, some broken and was too small for me to sit in.
