I didn't like the fact that we were not allowed to touch anything. I even felt guilty getting out of my seat to get a banana. The attendant had to do everything, even to make and serve the waffle. (Took awhile since others wanted one too). I'd much rather be able to walk around and see what is available...get my own seconds without being embarrassed asking for them, etc. Covid is no longer a big issue! This was the only place on our whole vacation that operated like this.

Breakfast worker. Rude. Just needs taught manners, not fired.

Friendly, especially the gal who checked us in and the breakfast woman. Close to interstate.

It is a motel so remember that and the price you are paying. No frills but clean.

Quiet, the location, clean

I wasn't able to switch the rooms and get one on the bottom for my sister. But she was able to get up one floor of steps. But I should have requested bottom floor.

Our family loves to visit mount airy and staying at your hotel is so nice. It is always very clean and comfortable. We love the southern hospitality breakfast. My sons cannot eat much that you have because they are gluten free, but were very excited this time to see that you had options for them to eat. Thank you so much!! The very nice lady who serves breakfast is so nice to see in the morning. She is full of smiles and makes you feel at home. Thank you for providing us such a wonderful environment. All your staff, (check in desk people, maid service etc..) were exceptional. Thank you so much for hiring such amazing people. They make our stay so relaxing and refreshing when everyone is so kind and hospitable. Please give the breakfast server, the maids, and the desk people a reward for such wonderful service to us.

The only thing that could of made our stay better would be having a microwave in all rooms. Since my sons cannot eat anything with wheat, I have to bring alot of their meals. I was very happy that I was able to use the microwave in the breakfast room. That was very kind of you and your stafff. But for families like me, it would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms.

Great location. Clean, comfortable beds, nice staff. Breakfast was efficient. The woman working kept it very clean. Kept track of the order you arrived. Others noted they would rather make their own waffles, but I liked how orderly she did it, very sanitary. I have been to some free breakfasts where people make a mess with the waffles and kids touch stuff they shouldn’t. I say “keep up the good work!”

They post if we were going to be checking in after 11 pm to call and notify the front desk. I called C at 10:50 and no one answered and I couldn’t leave a message. When I got there the man said he was checking the pool and no one else was there

It was neat clean quiet and friendly

It's not so much that I didn't like it but in the morning when I go for breakfast, I don't like a lot of questions or a lot of interaction( Unless i'm paying for a nice breakfast in a restaurant) and the attendant in the breakfast area wanted to fix all my food which I kind of just like to fix my own( She kind of made it sound like we maybe weren't allowed, I don't know but she had a tip jar) and I wasn't really up for lots of conversation I just wanted to enjoy my time with my daughter. I know some people really like the extra attention in the morning. I'm just more not that type. Very nice... It's just not my style.

The room was clean, sink outside the bathroom/shower area which is nice when you have more than one person. They even provided q-tips! That we haven't seen before! The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The breakfast was good. They had 2 hot choices, biscuits and gravy and waffles, all which were wonderful! They served us the hot items that we wanted. The coffee was very good.

My son said the apple juice wasn't very good, it may have been the water. There weren't any eggs. Not much else that we didn't like. Although the staff were in a meeting in the room off the lobby, with the door open and I believe it was the supervisor, who was talking and complaining about something, She had some choice words about it, which I thought was inappropriate for her to be saying while guests are in the area to be heard. I felt it was unprofessional. Other than that the staff was all courteous and cheerful.

This location was perfect for my needs. It is near the highway so a little noisy, but that did not bother me at all. It is quiet with not a lot of other hotels, restaurants, etc. nearby (I prefer it that way). This hotel is directly next door to a "truck stop", but again that was not an issue. The staff is extremely nice and always smiling and willing to help when needed. The room was extremely clean - a little outdated, but clean and in good repair nonetheless. The bed was super comfortable and just the right amount of pillow (I like a lot of pillows). I did not eat the breakfast provided, but did enjoy the delicious hot coffee. Breakfast appeared to be some hot and cold items as well as a selection of pastries. There is also a very nice heated pool areas. The pool was also extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again if in the area for business again.
