Affordable Suites Greenville

It is located right in the heart of everything. Anything you would need or want is within reach. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was just what I needed for a family function. I LOVED the fact that a laundry room was very close by literally right next door to the office!!

I was unable to check in earlier than 3:00pm after my long drive from NYC. But I have to say that the owner and her son were able to accommodate me in other ways that were absolutely greatly appreciated!!

It is a basic unit with kitchen. It was clean, location was excellent, staff was great, and bed was really comfortable. I was not paying for luxury so I was perfectly satisfied. I believe that if my wife was traveling by herself that she would feel perfectly safe here.

I did not notice in the original description of the room that I would need to supply some items that I consider basic. No paper towels, dish soap, tissues, starter coffee or dish washer. There was a bag of ;popcorn for the microwave and a nice "check in" gift bag. Not a problem for me but it would be helpful to inform guests to bring some of these items.

I never respond to these surveys, but the manager Dana is so exceptional that I decided to.Quiet residential location surrounded by lush well maintained vegetation that invites singing birds. Smoking policy that is enforced.

I know it's a tough industry, especially now, but if the carpets were cleaner I would rate it 110%.

The property was very clean and quiet. It’s close to any shopping areas, gas, entertainment, and health care facilities. We have stayed he several times this year and customer service is always excellent. I recommend single, couples, or families to stay here.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Was looking for a pleasant, romantic Valentine's Day getaway for myself and my partner and I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience! Affordable Suites Greenville is by far the cleanest and most friendly and accommodating hotel I've ever visited in my life! I've been to much, much pricier hotels in the past which offered far less space and amenities, not to mention less than pleasant staff; Affordable Suites not only lives up to its name in every way imaginable, it also manages to take it a step further, leaving the guest with an overwhelmingly positive, lasting impression! Even though their main office was closed the day of my check-in, they made the process quick and easy, with prompt, friendly and courteous responses to my inquiries. Check-out the next day was even quicker and more convenient; the woman I spoke with in the main office was very friendly as well! As of now, I've already booked my next visit and I very much look forward to returning!

As I've indicated above, I can't for the life of me think of one thing to complain about my experience! My expectations were exceeded and I intend to return again soon! Thank you again for the fantastic accommodations and service!

The staff are nice. Location is good. It's quite away from the crowd.

I booked 2 rooms because each room is only for 2 people. The place is huge. Has 1 BR, a full kitchen, bathroom & a living with pull out sofa. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids(11&15 yrs old). I don't understand why I have to book an extra room so my husband & my kid can stay together. Kids should be free. They can stay in the pull out couch instead of paying for another room. I hope this facility would reconsider allowing the family of 4 to stay together than to be separated.

It was convenient to the things we wanted to do while in town. The price was reasonable. The listing originally said 1 queen bed, but there were 2, which was better for my friend and me.

I thought the listing said that there was a hair dryer but I couldn't find one in the room.

The staff was the best part of my stay. The manager was the sweetest lady I've ever met and she was very friendly and super sweet! I defiantly will be coming back to stay!

I can't say that I didn't like anything it was a great place.

The apartment was huge and wonderfully clean. Kitchen was complete with dishes, cups, utensils, coffee maker. It was perfect.

Was a bit run down but that was all.

They were extremely nice and understanding. Our flight had been delayed by a day at the last minute. They ended up refunding us for the 1st night even though we told them it was fine. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
