Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greenville, NC

I was looking for a last minute room to accommodate my girls & I for a night . This hotel was not only one of the most affordable ones but the quality and location were a huge plus . When I arrived the guy that checked me in was SO NICE ! He allowed me to check in a little before 3 . The room was clean and well kept, comfortable beds . The area seemed safe , everything was close by & Their breakfast had a very nice selection. It was exactly what i was looking for .

The only thing I disliked was the next morning when I went down for breakfast the receptionist who May have been the manager (I’m not sure) was on the phone arguing loudly with someone about work and getting them fired . I left out and when I came back she was arguing with two employees in the check in area . It was very unprofessional in my opinion to handle their employees/ work issues in front of guests. This is my only complaint.

The rooms were very nice and we will be back again The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful!

Bed was very comfortable! It was quiet and a fair price to stay. Late check out 12pm was great for us.

Late check is great BUT I had housekeeping just open my door (no knock) at 930 then around 11 she knocks again. If check out is at 12 they should not be knocking on my door that early should not be knocking on my door at all until after 12.

Room was very clean. Very nice and cool a/c

Shower head leaking, no water pressure. As soon as I turned on the TV. Got a message that batteries were low. Go to the office for replacement. I had just took my shower after a long busy set up for the comic con. I didn't want to go to the office. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Probably 12x12 in size and thick. Glad I always bring my own.

Staff, her name was Cassidy. She was very helpful and treated me nicely. Parking lot lights where off when I pulled in to check in to my room. By the time I went to my room, the lights had come on.

The stay was wonderful, bed was comfortable, room was clean. I will make reservations to stay next year for the show.

Location—not in the middle of things, but conveniently located to drive pretty much anywhere. Generally attractive and comfortable room. Eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit for breakfast.

Limited counter space in bathroom. Would have been nice to have towels replaced more consistently (we were there 4 nights).

AC in room was ice cold...perfect for those hot days at ball field.

Housekeeping only comes every 3 days. But as a family of 4, towels go fast, so could replenish every day. We had to ask 3 times for towels.

The staff was amazing. The hotel inside and out including the room was clean. The halls were quiet.

What I didn't like was that the water pressure for shower was horrible - would have like to experience better showering. Air condition in room wasn't working properly. Room was warm.

The location was very ideal, close to so much. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast selection was sufficient. The bathroom was a little small and the water pressure for the shower was not the best but not a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again
