Holiday Inn Greenville, an IHG Hotel

Being form the NorthEast I truly appreciate the southern hospitality throughout the stay. The staff has been ever so welcoming, friendly and KIND which has been a consistent phenomenon unlike up north. It was a delight to meet Langston and Michael at the reception who could not be more helpful and shout out to cleaning crew who work very hard to keep this place what is it. Thank you Mary B. for the clean room we got to stay in ( hope you for your tip). The genuine caring and kindness of the south is exceptional. A fresh breath of humanity.

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen.

The breakfast options were kind of underwhelming. And we only got 4 vouchers for 2 days and there were 3 of us. You use 1 voucher per person and turn it in when you eat, so we could only eat breakfast with it being included for one day of our 2 night stay. This wasn’t explained and I was kind of disappointed considering I paid for breakfast to be included but could only eat once.

The hotel itself was very luxurious and clean. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant and food were very delicious. It was worth the value of the money.

Everything was pleasant. no complaints. The staff was also very friendly. This is the first hotel were no complaints are warranted. I like everything even the location.

convenient location, nice staff. assistant general manager was very helpful.

mattress was the worst! had to change rooms because the mattress was so uncomfortable. Moved to another room and it was the same thing. Invest in your customers since they’re investing in you.

Did not have breakfast

I held the reservation with a credit card. I used a different card at check in. The holiday inn is continuing to try to charge the original card I used to hold the reservation!! I asked for a detailed bill but have not received it. I did not charge ANYTHING to my room at any time during my stay. I have no idea why they trying to charge me another 100. I have stayed in 3 other properties in Greenville in the past year and never had an issue.

Friendly staff , clean and good breakfast.

Have allergy to feathers and they didn’t tell me at check in that there were feather pillows on the bed. Husband checked bed and there were feather pillows. Had to clean room and change bed. Should have a notice when you check in about the use of feathers. Could have been a disaster.

I dont think Ive stayed at a Holiday Inn in years, but I would absolutely stay here again and if only their other locations were just like this one. An older hotel but wonderfully renovated inside. Lovely lobby. Very cute restaurant/bar. Nakeitha was wonderful, I love her. Housekeeping was very gracious getting my room ready, I was a bit early. Theres a very large grassy section out back from the hotel, huge, if you have a dog. The hotel is right down the street from what looks to be greenvilles main area of all their retails, lots of restaurants, grocery store, Petco, Target etc So very convenient. My room was very clean. Comfy bed. I didn't check out the breakfast so I cant comment on that or the restaurant/bar service.

EVERYTHING! My last stay here wasn't that great. The room wasn't cleaned well and i almost never came back. BUT! because I had so many other stays here that was wonderful I gave it another try and I am so glad that I did. VERY CLEAN! Thank you. 😊

The thing that I didn't like was finding out all this time I haven't been using my points 🙃 but that was my fault. Loved everything ❤

the prices on the drinks and snacks downstairs was a bit ridiculous. you pay enough to sleep there for the night. you shouldn’t be price gouging on snacks, like $3 for a water. $3 for a peppermint Patty. that’s a bit much

The breakfast and the restaurant staff was fantastic. The housekeeping person went out of her way to get me a blanket when I was extremely cold.

There was no drinking water supplied. I asked for a room for disabilities and the toilet was too low.
