The cookies at night were a nice touch after a long day out on the town. Room service was excellent. I loved coming to my room and seeing it look so nice! The breakfast was great!

The window howled because of the wind. The bed creaked and I don't think there was real cheese in the eggs. Also the shower head looked antiquated.

I had reserved a king size bed a month ago and received confirmation when I called. When I checked in there was no record of my king and had me in a two queen. It was ok , but still a mistake or change in my reservation without notifying me. Hot water at breakfast not hot enough for decent cup of tea.

The rooms were comfy and clean. The gym and pool were nice, too. Not much around here, but a decent stopover hotel on your way somewhere (e.g., OBX).

The time schedule was consistently 1hr or so earlier than most places (e.g., breakfast ends at 9AM and check-out is at 11).

The breakfast hot foods were okay - sausage was about the worst though. Best ever: the coffee and the bacon! :-) The beds are super comfortable and the staff were friendly and responsive. Decor is modern, bright and cheerful, nice color scheme.

No required masks in public spaces and hardly any guests were wearing masks. With omicron spreading like wildfire this made for an uneasy stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of urine in our bathroom. Someone didn't wipe the floor around the toilet or the base of the toilet, maybe.

Not enough breakfast was prepared. It was a sold out facility and at 9am breakfast was very limited to just muffins and staff stated they were not cooking anything else and there was an hour left for breakfast on a Sunday morning.

Staff is friendly. Check in smooth. Very clean property. Beds very comfy.

Reserved king room. Priced at 172. Get to hotel...no king due to over booking. My partner and I are larger and this is why we request a king. Was given double queen with no reduction in price and no notice. We had to sleep in separate beds. Not what we were expecting but made it work. An advance notice or a cheaper rate would have been nice for the inconvenience.

The few times I’ve stayed it has always been very clean. This trip since it’s doing the holidays I got to see it decorated. loved the trees in lobby and on all the floors

only one elevator was working. not good for a business. should have been taken care of as soon as possible after it went down

THE LIES ABOUT MOUNTAIN VIEW ONLY VIEW I HAD WAS SHOPPING CENTER ROOF TOPS... PLUS I WAS CHARGED EXTRA TWO DIFFERNT TIMES BECAUSE I USED HALF CASH AND HALF ON CREDIT CARD

The staff was friendly and the cleanliness of the room I felt comfortable sleeping in the room. The breakfast was good and the area where breakfast was served was very clean and inviting. I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay here. Thanks for all y’all have done to make my stay here a great experience.

The place was very nice. And its was exactly like it said , when you look it up.
