Breakfast was good! Coffee not strong enough but that’s more of a personal preference.

I paid $75 for my dog which was The cost for up to a four day stay. I only stayed one night and I think for those that do not stay the four days the $75 cost should be prorated to the length of time they actually do stay. Also if possible, maybe an area near the breakfast area that one can eat and have your dog present. This avoids having to eat outside, and go in and out of the hotel to get more food or coffee. This is more problematic if it’s cold outside or you’re alone and you do not want to leave the pet in the room.

Nice and central location for the business meetings I attended in the Charlotte area. Easy to access and ample parking.

Almost all the dispensers (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) were empty or almost empty. Pool was “under maintenance” when I went to go swimming. Air conditioner in room was very noisy, woke me up at least twice while I was sleeping.

The location was absolutely phenomenal. Stores and restaurants right there in walking distance. The room was clean when we first got there and the staff was helpful with any issues/situations that came up!

The ONLY thing that I wasnt a big fan was with that the hot and ready breakfast is not included and the pillows got flat pretty quick. Other than that, great experience. Honestly, nothing bad towards the hotel itself!!

I liked the area surrounding it and closeness to restaurants and store.

When we arrived at the hotel we found out the pool was closed for repair which is understandable, but the pool was one of the main reasons besides location I chose the hotel . We just felt like we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities for the money we paid for it.

Room was spacious and clean, and the staff was wonderful! Pillows were too soft for my husband but I liked them. Nice shower and bathroom. We didn't have the breakfast because it wasn't free, but I knew that when I booked so it wasn't an issue. Overall it was a great place to stay.

This is not the hotel's fault, but the location was a little difficult. The hotel is inside a plaza with many different businesses and restaurants (which is a positive, too) and parking was shared amongst all the businesses in a parking garage. It wasn't a big deal for our stay but I can imagine in busier months it could be an issue.

Problem checking out was promised copy of bill would be mailed. Reached my destination and called three times to get my receipt. Wrong information was given, I had to insist and argue with clerk, kept on hold. Finally I was sent my receipt. I was going to make additional reservations but decided to use another chain. Will never use Hilton again service is below expectations

Location and cleanliness of hotel

Wanted to book for next trip desk clerk quoted one price so I cancelled hotel that I book at another location then when I got email it was double the price she quoted. Brought to her attention and she was unable to fix the quote. Has to rebook at a higher price.

great staff. great location. big room. nice tv and good channels.

pillows were too soft and bed was too soft. toilet paper too thin and low quality. wifi setup not great, just ended up using my data instead.

beautiful and clean inside our rooms. the beds were so comfortable for me and my grandmother. the staff was amazing but especially alphonso! (i hope i spelt his name right) if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be back to stay here!

Great breakfast. I feel the extra we paid for a room that includes breakfast was worth the money.

The room could use some more towels. Towels were also lacking in the pool area.
