Everything was to my satisfaction, the staff, the free parking, breakfast was hot n delicious, we had the pool to ourselves 🥰 you can even shower before or right after your swim, because the bathroom had a shower next to the pool area, also had a out door grill with patio chairs n tables n lounge chairs the lounge before the pool was small,but cute, we was on the 6fl with balcony, the rooms are big we had a king size bed with a pull out couch that was such a plus, the walk in shower was a plus🥰 even the balcony was big not like other hotels balconies be big enough for just two chairs. I also used the laundry room the dryer gets hot hot lol. It's walking distance to the shopping center right across the street so we did some shopping. My first time in Raleigh and I enjoyed my 6 days 5 nights stay. Will definitely be back in the fall or winter.

My husband doesn't eat pork so he had no meat for breakfast. Maybe turkey sausage or bacon some days. Our last night we smelled marijuana in the hallway once we got off the elevator to our floor it was strong.

The property was centrally located and close to a lot of food and shopping centers. The cleaning crew did a great job daily cleaning all of the rooms. Nikki at the front desk was so friendly and treated me with kindness and respect.

There was a staff at the front desk (a younger Caucasian male) he was so rude and the opposite of customer service. The hotel needs to be updated because some of the rooms and bathrooms have mold, rust etc, The vending machines don’t work so you’ll have to go downstairs to purchase drinks and they are overpriced. best to go to the grocery store and get drinks/snacks.

I traveled with an Autistic young man . The staff were wonderful and included him in the check out process. The room was clean comfortable and a very good value. It was right across the street from Pleasant Promanade which was where the attraction was we went to see. The Crabtree mall was less than 2 miles down the road for any shopping or restaurants needs . For those who didn't wish to drive there is a Panera right next door. There is a convenient traffic light to make getting in and out easy. And the hotel serves a lovely full breakfast daily. Everything you could ask for on a getaway. Oh by the way did I mention the pool. Prefect place to relax after a day of fun. They even have a grilling area for those who would rather have a family cookout. I highly recommend this hotel and its friendly staff

I always love visiting my hometown. This visit was just as nice. My only issue with my stay was one encounter I had with an agent at the desk. She was a dark skin lady with burgundy/red hair. I asked her about the Wi-Fi code and she gave me a look as if I was bothering her then she said with a horrible tone, It’s on your key card.. as if she couldn’t just say Crabtree. Other than that the other staff members were wonderful.

The staff was helpful when we needed more things for the room. They gave us more towels and such without complaining or giving a limit. Breakfast was great and definitely exceeded my expectations!

I was upset that I had called the hotel prior to our stay and asked if the pool was open, I was told no. So I didn't bring swim suits or anything to use the pool. The day we arrived there was a big sign in the lobby that the pool was open. I was very disappointed, I had to go buy swim suits for my grandson and daughter as we didn't come prepared. Money I definitely didn't need to spend because I just bought swimsuits for both at home.

convenient, clean, nice fixtures, nice art on the walls. I liked the coffee machine, as there was a choice for a mocha coffee. The lights in the bathroom were very bright, which was really nice.

The AC/heat unit was very loud and the noise fluctuated, so it was hard to fall asleep. The elevators were extremely slow, and usually housekeeping was using the elevators on every floor with their big carts. The wait, for the elevator was much too long. Housekeeping should have their own elevator. There wasn’t enough parking or handicap spaces. having a room in the front of the building wasn’t good, because a lot of noise came from cars driving fast on the street.

The location was nice. Balcony was great. The breakfast was good except the bacon. The staff was very helpful.

The breakfast bacon had no flavor and it was so thin it just broke apart when you picked it up. Plus the pool closing at 8:00 was very disappointing when our event ended at 8:00 every night (galaxycon). We never got to use the pool. It should be open till at least 9:30 in the summer plus it was so hot it would’ve been nice to get in it after an all day event for three days.

This was a lovely hotel. The guy working the front desk was a little snarky. They have a FREE parking garage which was really nice since it was pouring down rain. Room was beautiful, new and very comfortable. Breakfast was EXCELLENT. I really appreciated that there was no carpet as I have allergies.. I was able to breathe easy at this hotel. There is a Panera’s right next door which was super convenient. There is a shopping center right across the street. Loved this hotel.

Location to restaurants/food outlets a plus. Self serve breakfast (waffles, toast, cereal, juice/tea/coffee) was great, and there was fruit and muffins you can grab and go There have been renovations done quite recently by the looks of it, and whilst they are great, there were little things like the finishing of grouting/caulking that look like they were just finished and forgotten and there were paint drops on floors etc. None of this was bad or stopped anything working, just made it look a bit slap dadh

Paper thin walls. I mean really paper thin. Someone 2 doors down sneezes and you say bless you. This is not helped by the fact there is no carpet on the room floors, so if someone upstairs from you gets up at 3am to pee, you wake up

The staff was exceptional. Courtesy, attentiveness, and kindness were among the best! I have returned at least once a week since due to business. The team was my deciding factor in continuing to stay even after finding other options of better offers and quality. Being a single female at times traveling alone observes safety in many ways. No matter the staff or shift, I felt welcomed and safe.
