La Quinta by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree

We got a Deluxe King Room, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. Restroom is a good size as well. No smoking room but we were actually near the back door so we didn't have to go far for a cigarette.

Breakfast wasn't very good, We tried it twice and couldn't stomach it. The back door near the elevator and stairwell didn't lock so anyone could come in and out as they pleased and our room was nearest the door.

The King Suite was excellent especially it was close to the staircase so we had ready access to take our dogs out for a walk. The breakfast and coffee always were available. Staff was always respectful, helpful, friendly and courteous.

The keys to our room sometimes didn't work. We had to keep going to the front desk to reset the keys.

Everyone was so helpful and went out of there way to help ..

The back door which is supposed to be locked and only people staying there could use there room key to get in but it was upsetting it was left available to anyone even non guests to come in it was always open all night all day .. anyone can come in the hotel I had my grandbabies w me and it was very upsetting to see it was left open all the time please fix that

Room was excellent. Had a great nights sleep. I was a Laquinta GM from 2005 - 2009 . When I checked in the front desk agent did a poor job. Very little attention to detail. She put me in a room where the room was already assigned. When I walked in the room, there was a lady in the bathroom in her night gown.

After I showered and got out of the tub. There was a small cock roach crawling across the toilet lid. I killed and flushed it. I did not say anything to anyone. Didn't want to make a scene.

This hotel needs a major make over. The carpet was old the room needed painting and the furniture needs to be replaced. La Quinta used to be a quality brand I have stayed at several in the past. This location is in the State Capital of NC I expected better

The room was extra clean and was relaxing. The air in the room worked great! The room cooled off very quickly which is a big deal to me since I tend to get very hot easily. Also, the feng shui of the room made it feel peaceful. Not to mention how awesome the bed was! My back loved it! LOL.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to get out of bed, repack my stuff from the night before and check out. LOL.

the snack machines and one elevator are always out of order… twice in the last year, they never seem to fix anything. staff sometimes not present at the front desk.

The location was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. A special shout out to Aretha, she was so helpful for weeks leading up to the trip. Brooke and Tora went out of their way for us and I witnessed Tora reaching out to another guest. Great job , ladies

Rooms are huge , staff was amazing, wish they would bring more towels and linen a tad more .

There were bugs unfortunately. I bought a can of bug spray prior to reviews . Seen maybe 4 small roaches . Shook my clothes prior to leaving.

The location was perfect. Stayed for Dreamville Fest and was only 15 minutes away. Very close to other places that we need to go to as well.

one of the elevators didn’t work and the vending machine on the 5 floor didn’t work. it kept my coins, but didn’t dispense anything.
