A king size room was booked, but I was given a room with 2 double beds. The front desk told me they were sorry, all king rooms were given out even though my reservation was prepaid and made in advance. I was disappointed. But didn't let it negatively impact my week. .

Nice location, close to everything in downtown. The most convenient place to be if you're going to the conference center. Hotel bar had nice drinks and food, we ate there often. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Starbucks is attached to the lobby.

Rooms were relatively simple, and the furniture is all dark wood with white lighting, so the rooms were rather dark feeling at night.

I loved running into celebs all over the hotel! There was a con going on and I ran into Jason mewes at Starbucks, Giancarlo Esposito and other celebs in the elevators

The room had a fridge, but I wish the room had a microwave in it too. And more pillows. I know you can ask for them from housekeeping, but I like when hotels just have a few extras at the top of the closet

The hotel is excellent- well situated, nice amenities. The pool was closed, the restaurant had minimal service (due to Covid). Valet parking is expensive and not really needed since there is plenty of parking in the area (learned that the hard way). The staff was friendly and accomodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It's too bad that the pool was closed! Don't bother asking for a taxi because they will provide you with their limo service which is outrageously expensive.

The location was right next to the convention center, plenty of places to eat around, my room was super clean and had a good view, and the staff was nice.

After getting back to my room at 1 in the morning, was hungry but the hotel didn't have any vending machines for food, just drink machines. The front desk offered to charge my room for a Snickers... Yes okay... But no chips or anything.

Restaurant did not have enough servers - we were fortunate a four top in the bar became available and dinner and service were great. If we had known restaurant had such limited seating we would have made a reservation at another local spot. We chose to eat breakfast at another restaurant the next morning.

welcoming staff, beautiful property. every space I visited from the laundry room to the pool was clean the room was clean well appointed and spacious. Definitely stay again. Breakfast buffet was wonderful as well

The facility looked great in every area!

My only complaint is that we were unable to check out late and we needed somewhere to go for a couple of hours since we had to hours before we got on the train.

Every other flush required that I lift the back of the toilet and adjust the flapper unit to stop the water from non stop running! Very aggravating!

Second time staying for a concert at red hat. The location is perfect. Even with an event going on, they were very accommodating.
