We had tried 2 hotels before this one. When I got to this one I walked in to check in and immediately saw they had tons of cameras around the property. I don’t usually like hotels that the doors are on the outside but when I saw the cameras, and the fact that they were standing there watching I felt a sigh of relief. It was a last minute booking as the other 2 places didn’t work out. They immediately accommodated my kids and I and were very quick to get us in! The room had been remodeled and looked great! They even cleaned the room and made our beds while we were out the next day! I’ve never stayed anywhere that does that! I will definitely come back if I am back in Raleigh!

The fridge was a little too small but we made it work!

The staff here is wonderful I love all of the housekeeping ladies they're so nice and do very good work the front desk is always friendly and polite comfortable wonderful king size bed clean excellent Mexican restaurant right next door convenient gas stations and stores loved it continued to stay frequently

Only the noisy traffic that's really the only thing but that's anywhere you go

Didn't like that at all. Because I assumed you pay and I paid through booking it was settled. Ok I made mistake. I know now. They could of did better. By knocking on my door. Instead of daily locking me out. 😂 CRAZY. Because of this don't want to use this hotel again. Rude rude ok

+ The room was much more spacious than I was expecting, with a nice seating area and a large bed. (I understand the motel was recently renovated, and it shows; my room was really nice.) + The bed was really soft and comfy, and so were the pillows. + Location was fantastic; the proximity to I-40 made it super quick to get wherever I was going. + Must give a shout-out to the strong water pressure in the shower, which I really appreciated. + Good wi-fi signal. + Heater was effective. The Super 8 has quite a reputation in the Raleigh area (my friends were horrified, I tell you, HORRIFIED that I was staying there), but I actually really liked it and would happily book there again.

- The main downside was the noise: Highway 401 nearby was loud, El Rancho next door was blaring music, and on several nights, my neighbors stood outside my door chatting until 2 or 3 am. - Staff was perhaps not the friendliest, though I'm sure they're accustomed to having to be pretty strict with their clientele. I was nearly evicted from my room the day after I arrived, when they and housekeeping mistakenly thought (twice) that I was checking out. Thank goodness I happened to be still in the room and able to correct them; if I'd been gone at the time, I'm not sure what would have happened!

The staff was very customer friendly along with the fact that the hotel was located in a decent part of town.

Nothing really stood out to me as nothing not likable. But I will say to have more available breakfast options for overnighters.

Everything was nice had fun was clean and cool great places everyone should try and go to This place will have a great time and it cheap In a great spot for kids and family alot of places around to eat

Did not have the breakfast as I did not have time. Location was fine though in a sense only one way in and out to the hotel.

Room said non smoking but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Notice using the bathroom that it seemed like someone in the room below me was smoking in the bathroom. As the smell was strong and fresh

IRON, Dryer need, One blanket stain with vomiting. The prizes is fair . No smelling. For 2 really good enough.
