The property is very close to the Red Hat Amphitheater, which is why I chose it. My room was clean and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. I like how the property is decorated. The breakfast served was delicious. I like how the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee pot and dishwasher were easy to use. The desk workspace included is very nice for those who have to bring work with them on leisure trips.

Not all the trash cans in my room had liners in them. When housekeeping visited to tidy my room, they forgot to replace our washcloths. These are small inconveniences, but considering how pricey the room was, I wish the attention to detail had been better.

This was a wonderful place to stay 4 nights. Nice large room with kitchenette. Quiet, clean, comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be able to have both early check in and late check out. We dined in the both the second floor restaurant and the 10 floor bar/lounge, which has a wonderful outdoor rooftop area. The location was perfect and we were able to walk all over without need of public transportation. If back in Raleigh we would definitely stay here again.

Long waits for elevator; one was out of service.

The breakfast was great. A nice selection for hot food and grab and go! Also being open early on the weekend for the volleyball tournament was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly!!

I requested a room away from the elevators and were we given room 322 directly at the elevator. The toilet in our bathroom had not been clean and had a very dirty bowl that was not our mess. The showers are half exposed and very cold. Not a good concept for staying warm in a shower.

I loved the hotel being so close to the Red Hat Amphitheater was only a 1 block walk to the concert I also really enjoyed the rooftop bar great place to have a few drinks and have great conversation with exceptional views the room was also comfy and clean.

I didn't think the breakfast buffet was great as what was on the website.

Facility was clean. Close to everything. Staff was polite. Room was everything we needed and more. Loved the streaming options on the tv. Loved that the parking was included and it had easy access to the hotel.

I feel like the breakfast could of had a Turkey meat option. We don't eat pork, so there were a few items that we could not enjoy.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and they arranged side by side rooms....rooms were large and bright, spotless and the bed was very comfortable.. We asked for and were given late checkout as we had an early graduation to attend....breakfast was nicely done (even had chicken fingers which my grandkids loved) The chef came out to greet diners and was a hoot!

Must confess that the shower was a little intimidating....really slick but thank goodness had a safety bar to hold to while getting in and out....

Our hotel stay was lovely. We stayed for a couple of days during the Thanksgiving holiday. My family was seeking a place to relax and rejuvenate - this hotel was able to provide that. The front desk staff were very pleasant. Hotel amenities were comfortable. One night we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the 10th floor lounge. Room accommodations were exactly what we desired. I also like that security rode a segway in the parking deck to keep an eye on the premises. I will absolutely book here again.

We stayed for 2 days and the only complaint is one of the throw pillows on the bed was dirty.

This was our 2nd year staying at this location on Thanksgiving night and the day after. We enjoy the hotel so much. It is very clean and the staff are always so friendly. The location is great too. We usually get out and walk around downtown Raleigh. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was wonderful. It was comfortable, clean and had every amenity we needed. The staff (particularly at the rooftop bar) was helpful, professional and attentive. The location was perfect! We walked to every event we had, to restaurants, to museums and the Capitol. Did I mention the rooftop bar?!? It was so lovely - relaxing, great views and fantastic service!

Just being picky here - After moving away from the South to the west coast a few years ago, I forgot the restrictive laws/hours etc. Not really the hotel's issue (I'm sure it's restricted by state laws) but we got in after 11 pm and there weren't any food or drink options at the hotel. Also, there is a kitchen with a coffee maker but the coffee had no instructions so we couldn't make a good pot - it was brown water really.
