The location was great, as we attended a show at the Red Hat Amphitheater. The room was solid and met all expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel basically shut down despite many people from the show staying in the hotel. I would like to see more anticipation from the hotel on busy show nights, in which there are probably quite a few people staying there. We all came over about the same time and I saw over 20 people just when I entered. I ended up bumping into others looking for vending or anywhere to buy drinks. Everything was shut down. Staff went above and beyond to find me a gatorade in the back and didn't charge me. Huge points there.

The room was amazing. Very spacious. The hotel was in a great location.

We couldn't find a do not disturb sign for the door, so the first day housekeeping came in when we didn't want them too. The next day was checkout and housekeeping tried to come in an an hour before checkout and then 30 mins before checkout. It felt very intrusive since we were trying to get our stuff together and get dressed. We could hear them doing the same thing to the rooms next to us. Could housekeeping at least wait until checkout time before attempting to barge in?

The location to the convention center was close and a very easy short walk. Check in was fast and helpful. Parking was very convenient and covered. Overall it was a very good stay there were a few items that were brought to the attention of the staff and they were corrected in a prompt manner. The customer service at check out was very professional, quick, courteous.

That I had to ask for items that should not have been over looked.

The property is gorgeous and located so close to the concert venue, it was perfect!

I ordered food and the delivery driver wasn’t allowed in the building.When I went looking for my food, a staff member had thrown it on a counter and left it unattended. Very inconsiderate and rude! Also, a maintenance guy came knocking on my door trying to fix a light after we had already checked in, that should’ve been done before we were in our room.

High floor. Staff very helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of city center, excellent location for dining of any sort.

Rooms a little small. Toilet very weak and slow to flush. Stayed Exec Club level, paying the premium, only to find out that they had closed the lounge without explanation. Only discovered when my guest key didn't work to open the door. Assuming COVID related but nothing posted, no explanation and no break on the premium paid.

So I gotta say.Alton at the front desk was the best and most helpful person I have ever encountered working in a hotel.I have been to 47 states and have had to stay at hotels in all of them and this guy.Alton.He is the best most knowledgeable man in this service I have encountered.I spoke to him a total of 4 times and he not only made my trip better to North Carolina he helped me eat the best food,hit the best spots and was above and beyond helpful.I will come back to the sheraton just for this guy,the location is great but this man tops off the experience of visiting Raleigh.

I loved the decor in the room. Colors were nice.

There seemed to be a moldy smell in the bathroom. Flushing of toilet had issues.

Fantastic location. Loved the convenience of the parking deck directly under the facility. Lobby area was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Super comfortable bed and pillows

There was a little bit of rust or grime in the bathroom, around the safety bar. The card I was given to swipe for parking did not work

Location is great and we were to walk everywhere. The employees were helpful. Our bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was great. (We like it cold)

Our bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Found small hairs on the toilet. The pillows are awful. They’re very squishy with little support. Bring your own.
