Quality Inn Raleigh Downtown

The breakfast was limited because of COVID policies- Usually, the hotel serves fresh cooked breakfast items- eggs-bacon, etc. However, they did a great job with what was offered- the coffee was fresh and hot, and good fresh fruit and yogurt were a plus! They provided ready-made microwavable egg/sausage biscuits/croissants and make-your-own waffles- The dining area was scrupulously clean!

The room was hard to keep at a comfortable temperature- a common problem with hotel AC/heating units-

Love how much room we had with the jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable. And I love a shower over a tub any day. It was down the road from the places we wanted to visit. The ppl was very nice and helpful when needed. Also the breakfast was a small selection but I love jimmy dean sandwich 😁 and it was a great stay over all.☺️

The shower door was off track a lil bit I called for them to fix and they was on it. The waffle syrup was awful! It just taste very thin and cheap. I would have been fine with package syrup. Also this is just for ppl who don't know about Raleigh traffic....it's a pain to do a U-turn to get across the street to get to the gas station so just plain to go to another one when leaving the hotel just an fyi.

We had a nice room with comfortable bed. Basic breakfast but it filled us up OK. It has free parking and is in a great location for getting the free bus service straight into the Raleigh Capitol area

Nothing to complain about. Not much by way of eateries in the vicinity, just a reasonable Mexican restaurant.

Unfortunately there isn’t any breakfast at the hotel because of COVID-19, but there is fresh coffee and juice in the morning. Location is great if you don’t have a car, the local bus goraleigh.com is right on the corner and you can get around anywhere on the bus.

I didn’t like that the website is not updated with the information of no free breakfast during COVID.

Good location. Close to downtown and the stores. Only 5 minutes away from the convention center. Friendly staff and plenty clean.

No pool and the elevator was dodgy. Made a lot of noise and didn't feel safe to ride. Breakfast didn't offer too much, that's what you get when it's free I suppose.

The convenience to where we were working was fantastic! The price was great. Breakfast a bonus. Nice restaurant and convenience stores with in walking distance.

Shower needs to be refurbished, but the water pressure and how hot it got was soothing on tired backs. Air conditioner was noisy but then again it kept the room cool in the 95%heat! So that was not a complaint just an observation. I thought the bed was comfortable and my husband must have to since he was “out like a light” the minute he laid down! Some new carpets and a building “facelift” would make it an exceptional place to stay.

Me and my husband wanted to have a last minute over night after our wedding. The hotel was the true definition of don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Pictures seemed iffy but the room was amazing, bed/sheets etc the hot tub fit me and my husband comfortable and we were to just sit in it relax and talk completely stretched out. The room was beautiful and amazing!!!! Staff was super nice!! Will definitely book again

I didn't have any of the breakfast. The staff was great and the room was clean. Great if you want somewhere secluded.

The only thing I didn't like is its not near any stores or restaurants.

Specious room, All basic facilities provided in the room ie coffee maker,refrigerator, Microwave,luggage stand sitting area etc.

Breakfast, very little choice but the management ensure that they will aid more options in breakfast in coming days.
