Great value for a clean and comfortable room. The property was well maintained outside. The inside was pretty basic but has a nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

One small issue was the toilet had to be shut off at the valve or it would run all the time. It must have been a known issue because it was shut off when I checked in the room. Other than that, it was great.

Every thing went very well from booking online to check-in to check-out. Mainly the appearance as i approached the facility was clean, no papers or trash strewn about the lawn or parking lot at all. The gentleman at the front desk was accommodating, friendly and I felt safe because he explained the rules and regulations. I rated the room good ONLY because I don't like carpet and the water pressure in the bathroom basin wasn't strong. The greatest thing was I had to stay an extra day and the same gentleman took the time to fully accommodate my request. He is polite and courteous and i encourage anyone to stay at this Affordable Suites in Rocky Mount. You really don't have to pay a lot to stay. This is a 3.5 star Inn with 5+ star accomodations.

The professional service and the speedy service like The front desk Lady DJ was well put together with the paper work and check in was on time no waiting. The area was clean and she had a warm welcoming personality that made me free safe and at home away from home. The parking lot was clean and the room was well lit and clean and smelled great. I'll be back.

Every year we stay at Affordable Suites in Rocky Mount for a church function & everything meets the needs we have to function as we are involved in the church function. Affordable Suites are affordable & convenient for our needs. Staff are always wonderful at Rocky Mount

I really liked the location. I was in town for a concert that weekend and the sports complex was right behind the hotel. It was actually in walking distance. We were next door to a grocery store and there was a gas station and a shopping center on the other side of the highway. Everything is walking distance.

I didn't like that there were no extra linens for the pullout bed and there were people hanging outside my room with loud music playing. If I was alone, I would have just waited in my car until the people left.

The hotel was exceptional and the manager was very friendly, courteous, respectful, & never expected to find a place online through, Booking.com, the room was an efficiency, pricing was very affordable.

There was nothing we can say negative about Affordable Suites, never expected to find a top notch property, as an efficiency, we loved the accomodations's we felt safe, & would book their again , & any Affordable Suites location.

The on-sight Manager, Nick was awesome. He called to let me know when the office would be closed (I was still two hours away and wouldn’t make it in time). When I arrived he was there waiting on me! I was so relieved and grateful that he took it upon himself to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely choose to stay there again.

Everything was ok except that the room wreaked of cigarette smoke! It was awful, I had to go to Walmart to get Fabreeze. People are jerks and care nothing for someone else who would like a fresh room after a long ride. Don’t give them an option to smoke outside of the rooms! They will keep their door open and the awfulness will float right in. Designate an area on the opposite side of the parking lot!

That my check in was great....DJ was very nice and helpful with giving info where I wanted to go..everything near me..it was nice and quiet and clean..I have no complaints.

It really wasn't a big deal...but it was handled only an order that wasn't to bad where I couldn't handle it..but when I left the room and came back the situation was taken care of..

The room is very clean excellent staff. Bed could differently use a new mattress other than the mattress needing replaced and for people who stay lo g term and take care of the room the price could and should be alot better very high

I didn't like that we had smokers next door to us who it seemed every time we opened our door, one of them would be out there smoking, and we'd have to be subjected to that.
