When I arrived the lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile. Check in went very smoothly. Room was clean & fresh smelling. Hotel sat up on a hill & had a great view. Beds were comfortable. Hot water in the shower was hot & great water pressure. Also, liked how there was a bar in the shower to hold onto. The hotel was close to stores & restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really to complain about. Didn't like the pillows but, that is just me. I'm picky about pillows so I always bring my own. My husband came late in the evening & had to park on the other side of the hotel because parking lot was full.

This property is very well maintained, I was very impressed by this and the cleanliness of the rooms, plus the staff was really friendly and helpful. I know this motel has been around for years, and it's been well cared for and updated. While very close to highway 19/23, there are beautiful views from the rooms.

The bed pillows were a little hard for me, I usually travel with my own but forgot this time.

we were in a 100 level room on the main floor across from the pool, and the amazing view, and rocking chairs.  Everything was clean and useful. this is a functional place, and covers the basics with perks as mentioned.

we would love to see some picnic tables out near the bench area, because there is no place to bring food back to eat in the room, and that would just sort of be the cherry on top.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Had never stayed at an Econo Lodge before and did not know what to expect. I don't know about other Econo Lodges but this one was very clean, comfortable, loved the rocking chairs on the porch. Very good breakfast, yogurt, orange juice, coffee and staff even made pancakes. For an inexpenive stay it offered every convenience and the towels were plentiful and large. Would definitely book again.

The lighting inside the room was very glaring and we had to put towels over the lights fixtured to dim the lights.

The view is amazing, chairs on the balcony to enjoy it very clean tub breakfast good staff was very kind

The hotel is literally on a mountain top with what I believe is an actual goat trail to get to it we had 2 800 pound motorcycles and it almost killed us getting up and down I would LOVE to stay here again but no won’t be bringing the bikes

i was incidentally having troubles with my jeep while traveling home from NC, so i booked a room at waynesville which was 1 mile from the highway where I was stranded. The hotel attendant was cordial and amazing, and the pool was a big relief to relax after being in that heat. I made it home the next day without any issues.

all was great, i had no issues at all. Couldnt have been more comfortable. I have no complaints what so ever. Wish I could have stayed right there in that spot.

The room was very clean and loved it didn’t have carpet. Overall, cleanliness, view, and outdoor security added comfort in knowing that the occupants and vehicle were being regarded. The sunset view from the balcony was spectacular. Didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t write to likes or dislikes.

Quality of pillows could be improved. Outlet near bathroom wouldn’t accommodate my plug on hair dryer but desk area worked fine.

The view is stunning and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants are nearby. Breakfast includes make-your-own waffles and rolls of various types, plus fruit, yogurt, etc. About 5 miles off the interstate but under $100 per night. Great value!

Room is basic but has everything we needed for a stop on our travels.

For my family and I, the location was great! We loved the view from our back patio and the rocking chairs.

The beds were lopsided so it felt like i was falling off the edges all the time. There was no security guards and when my family and I came back from our day trip, there was 2 men outside our room trying to get in, and they looked suspicious, so when my husband asked if they needed help and that was our room, they said it was there's and walked into the next room over which was really sketchy to us. The next day, we opened our front door and there was a strong odor like an animal died or old beer vomit, but outside was spotless. After that the smelled lingered in our room until we left.

The room was just what we needed and very clean with a comfortable bed and temperature The bathroom had both shower and bath tub And lots of hot water The only thing missing was a place to hang clothing There was nothing but they might be renovating the rooms Everything in the room was fine

Noise from other rooms and traffic It did go away after 10:00 PM
