What am amazing weekend at this lovely Bed & Breakfast! Anna was so accommodating and so nice and her cooking was simply outstanding!! The bed was so comfortable, and the house was remarkably quiet even though for the first night, she was booked in all but one room. So close to all the shops and restaurants in Waynesville but on a quiet residential street for you to sit and relax if you wanted to and just take in the scenery of the mountains. As the only guests in the house the second night we were there, we were able to eat breakfast with Ms. Anna before we left to come home and she was so nice to talk to. If you're in the Waynesville area, this is a great place to stay!

Beautiful room, very clean. Lovely bed and linens. Great private bathroom right in the room separated by quaint doors. Bath robe and single use slippers provided. Several course breakfast prepared by the owner, Anna, who is a wonderful cook and host! Old fashioned B&B experience!

Outside landscaping and grounds could use some updating and clean up and the place would be perfect!

The breakfast was the best we ever had!!! Absolutely delicious! We were asked what we like for breakfast and Anna responded very individually to our wishes, herring and other savory dishes for my husband, sweet dishes for me. Every day different, every day a starter like overnight oats with fruit for example, and everything was fantastic!!! We both usually don‘t like grits, but had to change our mind. Anna’s grits are delicious. Also, I had the best banana-chocolate-French toast ever! Anna is the nicest person!! She gave us a lot of information and recommendations about the area and always was ready to help. The rooms are beautiful, the view fantastic, you have a Keurig coffeemaker and coffee, tea and hot chocolate in your room and also a fridge with drinks. Everything is furnished with love and there is nothing missing.

We loved everything!

The entire Bed & Breakfast was very clean and beautiful. The beds were OH, SO comfy. I slept longer than usual. Host was very kind and accommodating. Dinner which she prepares when given a 24 hour notice was delicious. She obviously is a secret gourmet cook> Needless to say, her Breakfast is just as skillfully prepared as all her meals.

The breakfasts were wonderful. Anna even made a home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings! It was truly incredible. The home is beautiful with views of the mountains. There is a firepit in the yard to sit by. The home is within walking distance of downtown Waynesville, and on a nice quiet street.

We just loved our stay here! The inn and grounds are gorgeous. The breakfast was excellent. Anna is a gracious hostess and an amazing cook who makes delicious food as healthy as possible. We had her make a Keto dinner for us, and it was incredible. Everyone staying there was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast conversations. We selected it as an easy base to get to Lake Junaluska and Asheville not knowing anything about Waynesville, but Waynesville was a highlight of our trip. This inn and the area were so dog friendly as well. The inn provided all sorts of lovely snacks and any toiletries you could possibly want. Also, they had a Keurig in our suite, which was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about it. Hope to come back many more times!

Absolutely nothing

Anna the proprietor greeted us so warmly. She made sure that all of our needs were fulfilled and she loved on our little Pomeranian, Yogi, too. The room was absoutely beautiful with a stocked mini-fridge, coffee and tea as well as snacks. The separate bathroom was large with a walk in shower. Anna also included an fragrant assortment of local hair product, body wash and lotion in our room. The bed was king sized and the bedding and mattress were so very cozy and comfortable. It was very pleasant to wake up to the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen as Anna is a first rate cook. We sat down to gourmet breakfast's that did not disappoint. Staying at Oak Hill made our trip to Waynesville a true delight and we will definitely be back very soon.

This B & B is convenient to Waynesville and close to I-40. It was clean, neat, and quiet. The hostess was kind, answered all our questions, and recommended a few great local restaurants to try. The morning breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and setting on front porch, beautiful. We will look forward to returning to Oak Hill in the near future.....This lovely property

This huge old home sits on a beautiful property with lots of places to sit outdoors and enjoy the mountain scenery. The bedrooms are all different and furnished with lovely antique furniture. The inn keeper is very dog friendly and was so kind to our little dog.

LOVE our host Anna and her team - Rebecca was so sweet and took good care of us - they ALL did! One of the most beautiful historic homes I have ever seen! The room was even more beautiful than the photos on the website and on searches. So many EXTRA touches they provided made it even more special! Robs, slippers, snacks, water and different drinks, wonderful toiletries, coffee/tea in the room, fresh water and real glasses and china in the room too! Breakfast on the veranda outside was spectacular too! Anna made us feel like her family - the entire team did! LOVE LOVE LOVE this beautiful place and will be back with family and friends!!

That we couldn't stay longer! We only booked for one night on our way to mid US area. Nothing negative to say! Wonderful experience!
