The night check-in lady was so friendly. I remembered her from our last stay. Room was very clean and the price for our stay was very affordable. When I find a hotel at a location that I visit that I really like and the staff is friendly and attentive I'll always return. The ladies that clean were friendly as well. I will be booking this establishment again in the future.

There is nothing I didn't like

I loved the quietness, friendly employees an other guests. Cable tv, microwave with sm fridge! That I did not expect but was thrilled to have them. Microwave works great an fridge too. Kept our coca cola nice an icy cold! We brought our coffee pot with us an I bout creamer since there was a fridge. Love your comfortable beds and nice warm/ hot baths! Clean towels an wash cloths. The room was spotless when we came 3 days ago. I'll be back someday. And I'll recommend it to others. Thank you all employees at Red Roof Inn! Also toilet handle quit working an maintenance man was here within a couple minutes to fix it. These employees are like friends. I'll miss them all. Thank You and God Bless Each & Everyone of you for a very wonderful stay. I hate to leave actually .

Went my wheelchair ridden son took a shower the attached bench broke free from the wall. He had no injuries but had to get him back off the floor. Was told by owner we would get a voucher for a free stay that we still have not received. Also was told we would receive a parcel refund as we paid full price and I am a rewards member.

Got so busy we did not ask about breakfast. That might have been helpful this morning. We ate a snack and were dying for coffee, could not get it until late morning. We liked the ease of having our car right outside our door. Also, easy to find the Inn, as we traveled a long way in the awful freezing rain. Was just grateful to finally reach our destination. Loved that it was close to our 2 day celebration in Canton.

No real problems, but when I unpacked tonight, I was missing a small purse, white with cash in it. I am wondering if I left it in the room. We had checked all the drawers, but It was not there. Was there someplace I missed? This was totally my fault. nothing against the Inn. Would appreciate an email or phone call back.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking, and the location was close to all kinds of great restaurants and activities. Great value for the price.

The air unit wasn't working, luckily we had brought our own fan. The room was kind of musty and damp, but it was raining a lot that weekend, so it was likely due to air/heat unit not working.

location was great for where I needed to be at 6am!

I’m a smaller single female traveling alone and I was in the back building on the 2nd floor. I felt a little unsafe. then my neighbors 2 doors down were having a party at 1am on the hotel balcony. As long as the air was running I couldn’t hear them but as soon as it shut off they were loud as hell! I didn’t complain to the staff there was no sense. it was only annoying because I had to get up at 4

We traveled quite a long way and our check in times changed over the drive,.They accommodated our late check in with no problem! The staff was amazing! The price was excellent!! The location, was the absolute best, Close to everything!!! I would definitely stay here again!

I think having an updated coffee bar would be the cherry on top!

Staff are pleasant and efficient. Location excellent with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

There was a domestic incident and was very noisy one night. Police were called to the scene. I feel the staff handled the situation in excellent fashion.

Location of the hotel. Close to exit. And food and shopping locations very close to hotel.

Not your fault. But why does the city of Canton close so early? I was coming late back to the hotel every night and nothing was open. Wanted to grab a snack and the whole town was dark.

I like that it was clean & very close to a ton of shopping places and close to clay’s park.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room, last year there was.
