Everything, and everyone. From the amenities to the staff ! This was the best hotel stay that my wife and I have ever had. Amanda and Vera were absolutely breakfast divas. We showed up late for breakfast one morning, but Amanda got a hot breakfast for us anyway. Deanna was a fabulous , professional mixologist ! with a great personality and sense of humor. Dimitri was welcoming and professional during check-in . The rooms were clean and well appointed. The amenities were top notch, from a cozy fire-pit to an excellent fitness center with modern equipment. The pool area was clean and spotless as well. We met the manager Jafar . The relationship, and respect he had for the staff, and the staff for him was palpable! We noticed at a very busy period during breakfast that Jafar pitched in to help the staff from becoming overwhelmed during the breakfast rush. This is a top notch hotel ! ! ! a rare find in today’s world.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. We had adequate towels, washrags, etc. The pool was nice and had plenty of towels available although the hotel was pretty full with athletes and families. Our room was very quiet, thankfully, because I am a light sleeper. I slept soundly in the comfortable bed and array of pillows. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was exceptional and friendly.

The temperature in the room was not equal to what the thermostat was set at. We had the thermostat all the way down to 60 degrees because it got so hot each night and the temperature was 67. It felt like 75 degrees in our room.

They couldnt find my booking and told us no rooms available so gave us a scare as we were several hours away from home, they had to escalate to a manager to sort it out, wifi would not connect at first and errores out alot

Vera was the star of the show for breakfast! She was personable and kind. She made me a special breakfast to accommodate my dietary restrictions.

Found a hair in the bathroom sink and the fridge needed a little more cleaning. The door stops were loose.

Buffet breakfast is great for I want to get in and out quickly. Variety is good. Staff friendly and always want to help. The facility is spacious and airy and a great sense of cleanliness. All the staff are very friendly and chat easily. Manager's reception is great, nice to relax over some snacks and a drink - thanks

Scrambled eggs dry and tasteless, fruit could be riper, sausage and bacon is more grease than anything else, please soak up the grease before putting it out. Dinner - expensive for wha you get and nothing to write home about or recommend. but the staff are so wanting to make an impression. As a traveller, I evaluate teh cost divided by the numbers of hours I am in the bed - expensive

The staff was very accommodating, and the accessibility to local restaurants and stores was great.

I didn't like the fact that my original reservation from booking.com wasn't in the system when I got there for check-in. I had to register again through the hotel, and it cost me more money than I was told it should have been.

good location, very close to the airport - they offer a transfer to the airport although I wasn’t aware of this when booking

Nice, quiet location. Interior of hotel is spacious and attractive. My queen suite was very clean and included complimentary snacks, among other provided extras, in the room Location-wise, extremely calming atmosphere room over freeway and easy access to food and shopping and restaurant in hotel.

We stayed for 9 nights. Hands down the staff is wonderful and eager to help. The breakfast is wonderful and Vera at the omelet bar is a true treasure.

Amazing breakfast options and don't get me started with the fresh, made to order omelettes. The "happy hour" drinks and snacks, talk about awesome and FREE, doesn't get better than that!
