My room was huge. The beds were comfortable with many pillows to choose from. Room temperature was good. Closet space was large with hangers. The bathroom was spotless. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Large tv with remote control that worked. My room was very quiet. Plenty of parking for my car. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this hotel.

I wish there was a fridge for cold drinks in the room. The curtins did not meet so they had to be pinned together to block out the light. There was a wall thermostat but it did not work. The tub drained very slowly during my shower.

The breakfast was great. Lots of tables provided for one or two. Good food offerings.

Was very disappointed to learn that there wasn’t daily cleaning service automatically offered. When you go on vacation you expect to be pampered a little and not feel that you are at home. The stack of dirty towels reminded me of home not a hotel stay.

I loved the staff and how welcoming they were to our dogs. They offered to check on them while we went to the Hall of Fame and went above and beyond for them. The breakfast was delicious and the pool/hot tub was nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the thiness of the walls and all the noise we heard in the halls and the rooms next door.

Staff was super friendly. Our rooms was very clean, a very nice place to stay nice and comfy 😊 There was tons of different tournaments for kids going on and the pool and hot tub was used alot and they kept up on keeping nice fresh clean towels available.

It was very convenient to football hall of fame. It was right off the highway. Close to many different restaurants

Location was close to why I traveled up to the area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Property had issues confirming a valid credit card number but once on the property the credit card worked just fine.

Breakfast was fine and the location of breakfast was easy to find. Ours was a one-night stay and all our needs were met for a one night only stay. If we had been there longer; the room would have been a little small.

supposedly had coffee available for guests throughout the day/evening but in the evening was cold. staff at desk did not offer to make new. next nite hot water urn was hot but was mixed with coffee.

Slightly dirty in non obvious spots....corners, bed frame, broken light cover.....but nothing that was upsetting or gross

The trip was for my 12 year old son to see the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, due to the weather, they actually closed the Pro Football Hall of Fame. An unprecedented event and that was the only reason we drove 4 hours to Canton from Cincinnati.
