The staff were amazing at helping us and we're veryou are very courteous and informative towards us. The rooms were nice and clean very spacious. And I loved that it was pet friendly so that my baby could stay with us.

When we got there the pool was down for 24 hours and certain rooms in the Queen sizeroom had a funky smell but overall it was clean. The fire pit was also broken when we got there.

pool was small and as more people came quickly became crowded but was not a deterrent.

we had a great time! we were in Canton for the Football HOF and stayed one night. The hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. previous reviews complained about road noise; we stayed in room closest to the road and heard nothing at all. i’d recommend a walk to fat head brewery for awesome food and drinks. A+ experience

Loved the quiet and cleanliness of the property. The included kitchen feature was a plus. Visited a couple years ago and the property has been maintained very well.

Location was fine except that the hotel is a little hidden behind other properties.

The room set up was wonderful. We liked the sitting room and the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was good despite having to take it up to our room to warm it up in our own microwave because of the precautions during the pandemic. We appreciated that there was a table in our room that we could pull out to eat on.

We didn't like that the plates, cups, silverware, etc. were in the dishwasher. Even though they were clean, some things were left in there too long and were rusting from not being put away in the drawers and on the shelves. I understand that it was done so that we would know that everything was sterilized, but that is something that should be expected anyway when using the plates, cups, utensils, etc. from the shelves and the drawers.

need to upgrade breakfast no food only cereal at 8:35 a.m. was told would be open till 9:00 a.m. was told didn't have time to cook any more. had to go over waffle house down the road!!!

Room was nice, staff were friendly, courteous and tried to be helpful.

Check-in was a nightmare! 2 hrs waiting in the lobby while many other guests checking in not wearing masks in a packed lobby. Staff did nothing about that until I asked them to. Check-in delays due to rooms not being ready. I think you guys either need a new system or more cleaning staff.

love seat wasn’t clean and smelled. the pocket door between bedroom and bathroom wouldn’t stay closed.

The room was very clean and had a great smell. Staff was very nice.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't good at all. The shower head seemed to be clogged.

The service was excellent, especially James and Caycee. Parking lot, lobby, rooms were all clean. Quiet stay. The outdoor grill/fire pit areas were a nice add on.

Could have had a little more variety for the breakfast but what was available was quality.
