The shuttle service was extremely beneficial and the shuttle driver on the Night of 09/16 was AMAZING! He went above and beyond, not only driving, but also later when I was in the lobby. The front desk lady the same night also went above and beyond to help me check in and fill out the pet paperwork. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. The shuttle the next morning 09/17 was also very friendly and personable. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where every single employee I came across was this nice.

Lobby is open and welcoming. We love the modern furnitures & fixtures. Spacious room, comfy bed and linens. Great location for transient guest. Refillable toiletries.

The bathroom is outdated. Bath tub was peeling off. Toilet bowl was too loud when flushed. The A/ C was loud too and too cold for us and even though we adjusted it. We didn't sleep well with all the noise.

The room was a nicely sized. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The TV worked well.

1) The ironing board cover had something on it that looked like powder. 2) The iron looked as if something had been burned on it, and it wasn’t cleaned off. 3) I noticed a hair on the side of the tub, that was definitely not mine. 4) A person(male) knocked on my door on Wednesday, stating that he worked for the hotel and was checking to see if a previous customer left a charger in the room. Shouldn’t they inquire with house keeping to see if a charger or anything was left behind? That made me uncomfortable. 5) I thought WiFi was free.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Beds weren’t very comfortable. The pool looked nice in the pictures but was VERY small compared to what it showed. Ask for a late check out and was told they didn’t offer that at that location. We were traveling for baseball and games got delayed because of rain. Could have really used a later checkout

What I didn’t like was that I had went through booking.com who insisted there was a cancellation fee for one of the reserved rooms. Booking.com said they had contacted the hotel to approve no cancellation fee.The hotel said they had not been contacted by Booking.com.

the accommodation and service were first rate

Housekeeping for the rooms was only provided if asked for, so no bed making or clean towels unless requested. This was not required but would have been a nice touch on a four day stay

Easy access to highway and fairly peaceful.

Pool and hot tub looked dirty. a dingy green rather than the blue in the pictures. It was open at least is positive. Site said 9.95 bfast available, but it wasn’t per front desk. Figure if you are going to pay $170 a night for an ok hotel they could at least give you bfast. Had to pay $7 for even a continental bfast.

We only used the room (no amenities or meals), but I was pleasantly surprised what all this hotel had to offer—a bar, kitchen, and room service that were open til 10pm! The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The front desk/check-in woman was VERY friendly and professional. We will be back in the area frequently and will definitely stay here again. I’ll also recommend to other family members who visit the area.

Directly across from the airport which was very convenient for an early morning flight. Friendly staff! Nice areas to sit and relax especially the outdoor fire pit! If you need a high toilet request a handicap room, the toilet in my room was on the low side.

too much chlorine in the hot tub. burned my eyes. I couldn't close the curtains at night to block out the morning sun. Was not happy about that. $5 Evian water bottles in the room to get you to drink them so they can add them onto your bill. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. breakfast would have been an extra charge.
