good location, accommodated our needs. put us in a handicap accesible room nice to have separate toilet from shower rooms.

charged for parking - and we had special circumstances; a/c could have been better, room was a bit dark had to book ( and rebook ) online, and the rates never matched, or could be - so we were told to book online to get the best rate; strange - hard to believe management couldn't help with this

There were quite a few options for breakfast so it wasn't the same meal every single day we were there. Location of the hotel was great - close to local attractions, the expressways & overall quiet area. Check-in was a slight struggle (not due to the hotel itself), but the staff were very accommodating to ensure we got checked-in as quickly as possible.

The room itself was pretty clean, but we requested a crib upon arrival & all they had were pack-and-plays. Luckily, our room also came with a bed in the sofa but when I pulled out the mattress, it was quite dirty. Parking was $10/day, which didn't really make sense. They have a giant lot outside of the hotel, along with a parking garage underneath. It didn't seem like there were any other businesses open to be using the parking lot except hotel guests, so it seems unnecessary to charge.

You will need a car to go anywhere, and the hotel does not have a restaurant. However, it is close to the Zoo and to the Art Gallery. The staff were all efficient and helpful. There is breakfast, decent coffee, and a small bar open in the late afternoon. The room is comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. Not luxe, but for business travel this was a good option. A bit pricey, imo, but some of that is due to relatively high city taxes.

I loved the cleanliness of the room. The friendliness of everyone I staff I met, especially the dear lady running the welcome desk when I arrived. The shower was fantastic. I wish I had that shower setup at my house, with the sealing glass enclosure and the wonderful sprayer setup. The best I've had in many years of hoteling.

The breakfast buffet had some pretty good items, especially the hot oatmeal bar. However, the scrambled eggs were a little cold as was the sausage links (that may have been because the time was between 8 and 9 and the bar might close at 9, I don't remember). The next day, everything was nice and warmed properly.

The employees (Ms. Pat and Vivian) were so friendly and personable! The room was super clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get up in time for breakfast but grabbed coffees on the way out. Loved that the hotel/parking lot was off a side street so it was super easy to get in/out. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!! ❤️😊

Maybe have the weekday breakfast a little later (until 10 am or so) or at least have some protein bars, muffins or fruit to grab for us later sleepers.

I loved the location. It is at Eden Park entrance, at 71S ramp, nearly downtown. The accommodations are very good for the price and breakfast very nice. The price at the laundry very reasonable

Our television did not work as good as we would have liked.

The hotel was pretty clean for the most part. The staff was friendly and willing to help change out key cards when my cell phone kept deactivating it.

I think that it's ridiculous to charge for parking. It should be included in the stay. That's just an "amenity" that you can provide to your guests. Also, the pool was freezing cold. The room itself was hot and steamy, but the pool was not heated at all. And the "breakfast" isn't really that. There are two hot choices, a couple muffins and bagels that are reused and left out there everyday if they're not selected. And then cereal. There are very limited options.

Front desk staff friendly, parking garage in the basement very big, mostly empty. Room spacious and nice with glass panel separating desk sofa bed area from the bed, has microwave, a nice sitting area with sofa bed, shower with glass door, shower and sink in a separated room from the toilet and a hand basin, towels and bed linen all very clean. Location nice, not close to downtown, but next to the famous historic Mt. Adams and beautiful Eden Park, can walk right into the park.

Price a little high.

It is a beautiful place to stay. Our room was so nice! It smelled good and felt clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage space. Very modern and comfortable feeling. We were very pleased with the room. Front desk staff, room service staff, maintenance were great. Very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Breakfast staff was a bit aggressive. Loud, rude at times. Complains of customers and it was uncomfortable. No one like to see or hear trash bags being changed, kitchen staff complaining about doing their jobs! I have never seen or heard anything like it. It was quite a disappointment. The pool was filthy. Grime built up on sides and under the ledge. It desperately needs to be cleaned. Water was cloudy.

The staff was super nice, and the beds were comfortable. The showers were great as well. Nice warm breakfast in am.

our TV didn’t work in the room so we had to switch rooms but at least they gave us the option. There was some kind of dark lint on the sheets, but overall it was fairly clean.
