This property is centrally located for what our stay was about. Convenient to food and bars with entertainment. The rooms was very spacious and clean. Everything worked and the breakfast was typical but good. There were several rooms in the lower level to spread out and be with others you may be traveling with to hangout outside of the rooms. Also it was quiet during the night. Big plus is the security. There is no access to the floors unless you are a guest your room key is needed to work the elevator. Also the doors after 10pm are locked and your key is needed to get in the hotel after hours.

There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. They do have a cooler with individual alcoholic beverages you can purchase until 2am.

It was our anniversary, n the receptionist gave my husband n I the best view. We rested so well. The room had a kitchen to cook n a nice refrigerator to keep everything cool. A plus for the kitchen being so nice n clean. The room had a hall with a study area.. I like to read my Bible.. so it was a nice quiet area, so that my husband can watch TV, why I study. The bathroom itself was spacious.

The shower has no close door when u get into the shower. It had a door to one side but nothing u can pull close, if u wanted more privacy. To keep the cool off why taking a bath.

We have been coming to Cincinnati once a month since our grandson has been born last February and have stayed at a different hotel each month because we had yet to find one that was worth staying at but this hotel by far was the best. Room was comfortable, front desk was helpful,the room had more than we expected and was very clean. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast and even the coffee was good. We will be back.

The bagel were a bit dry.

I'd like to shout out Jordan, the front desk. I arrive earlier than the check in period. I was tired due to my overnight trip. All I wanted was to wash my clothes at that time but was so happy that I was able to check in early. Front desk was kind, as well as the people at the entrance. The lighting was great. The location was great. It was clean. The room has a fridge,a stove,coffee maker, plates,mugs,spoons, etc. I have been traveling from Las Vegas to Cincinnati and by far this hotel is the best. Breakfast is free. Hotel is close to the greyhound bus station and enterprise car rental. I love the big windows. It didn't make me feel claustrophobic.

Very friendly staff who is always available and even answers their phones! Linens were clean, room is spacious and the elevated ceiling made the room feel less congested than your typical hotel room. Breakfast was delicious, even the juice tasted like real juice. Pool was accessible and clean, fitness room was great and community rooms with the pool table, mini home theater and bar area were a nice added bonus for the kids!

Parking costs weren’t cheap, would’ve liked to see more cold/fridge items options at the breakfast bar.

I felt the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was a good size and there was a kitchenette if you wanted to cook or reheat food. Full size coffee maker was nice as well.

The continental breakfast was less than appealing. We ate the first night after waiting 15-20 min for food to be restocked. We opted to eat out the second day even though we were looking forward to one less meal out while planning the trip.

I want to say how grateful we were to the front desk staff. The day we were coming in, an 8 hour trip turned into 13 hours due to construction, traffic, detours and torrential weather. We were sitting somewhere in OH in the middle of a terrible storm. I called the hotel to let them know we would be running late. They couldn't find our reservation. Somehow part of my first name was attached to our last name making it almost impossible to find the reservation. The staff was persistent and found it giving us peace of mind. The weather was bad enough with accidents and flooding everywhere. The thought of trying to find a room in all of this was overwhelming. Thanks to your staff we didn't have to worry. They did a great job of supplying a nice breakfast in spite of COVID Restrictions. I thank them for that. As far as the location I was glad we had valet service. Between construction and one way streets, if we had to do our own parking and maneuver everything ourselves it would have been difficult.

Surprised the windows were not more soundproof. I would think in cold weather this is going to make the rooms cold. One night during our stay my husband woke up to someone screaming "don't shoot". It was a little un-nerving. Thankfully no shots were heard. We asked and were told it was a safe area and the staff was surprised to hear about this. Bad things can happen anywhere. We would not prevent this from staying there again. Bell service would have been nice. My husband was recovering from surgery so still had lifting restrictions. Was grateful the valet was so helpful!

the room was fantastic. plenty of towels and the kitchenette was a surprise. we were there for the weekend and we never had to get our car out of parking until we left. our valet was so personable .

I didn’t like the noise from the outside. you could hear every motorcycle or loud exhaust until the wee hours of the morning. we also didn’t have our room cleaned but we weren’t very messy so it was just the bed.

Rooms were wonderful. Clean, comfortable, with kitchenette and everything we needed for our stay. Hotel felt very secure. Needed key card to activate elevators and to open the main hotel doors after 10pm. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free hot breakfast was delicious.

My only complaint is that the pool is only 3.5ft deep. That being said, it was clean and well kept with access to clean towels and a restroom.

The location is perfect. It’s close to the riverfront and the stadium. It’s equally close to the OTR. The property is new and very clean. The staff is exceptional. Chris checked us in and gave us a lot of helpful information about the local area, restaurants, and nightlife. DeAndre helped with our valet one evening and was so incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. You can’t beat the perfect location, cleanliness, and exceptional staff.

The valet parking was $32 per night which seems a little unreasonable. There are a few outdoor lots less than a block away where one can park for much less overnight. I would recommend this option to anyone not worried about leaving their vehicle outside.
