Super clean throughout, large quiet room, very comfortable bed with plush linens and lots of pillows, plenty of vanity space around the sink, large closet with many clothes hangers, reasonable price, easy parking. The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Jasmine at the front desk was terrific!

There were no towel racks in the bathroom. Other than this minor inconvenience, we thought this place was just about perfect until taking a shower in the morning and finding the drain clogged (or a non-working stopper) which meant standing in several inches of water. We suspect this was a one-time issue and we would stay again.

We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve found in this price range. The property seems very well managed, with a large efficient staff. There were several appreciated touches such as luggage carts at every door and a computer available in the lobby for printing. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was great. Lots of reasons to return to this hotel in the future.

The only negative is that there were no towel racks in the bathroom. This is a particular issue for anyone who stays more than one night and wants to help the environment by reusing towels.

Very good

The lock on the room door was hard for us because we had a little one 2 yrs old that was able to unlock it easily all you need to do is turn the knob and it opens. With the bar at top on someone had to keep getting up to let the other person in because that was the only way we could secure keeping the door closed. When the toddler opened the door then we were afraid she would close it on her fingers.

The hotel was really clean, our rooms were very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room. Nice bathroom, the shower had great water pressure, nice and hot. We used the swimming pool and hot tub. Very pleased with both of them. The staff was so friendly. Nice couple of court yards to sit out and relax. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Everything was great! Hotel was very clean, front desk check in was fast & the gentleman checking us in was very helpful. Hotel seems like they only take on a certain amount of guest as to not be overwhelmed & can keep the hotel running smoothly with the staff they have. A quick light breakfast was provided but if your looking for something to fill you up there is a Shoney's up the road with an all you can eat breakfast bar that was really good & place was well staffed. Pool at hotel was clean & open until 10. Will definitely stay here again!

Internet/wifi never connected.

Clean, well run and professional. Great service from very pleasant people who made us feel welcome and important to their business. We will definitely recommend this location and will use your facility again next time we visit family in Ohio.

No complaints at all.

Breakfast had a nice variety. Room was VERY clean. Please don't ever lose the quality of your cleaning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone solely on the cleanliness. We were not able to get our rooms close together as requested BUT we did book rooms at the last minute, so we were not upset with that.

Room was clean. Parking fine. Location of hotel close to shopping center. The only thing I wasn't happy about it- it said breakfast included but no hot breakfast (more like continental breakfast) like other hotels have. Have I known that I would've went somewhere else. Price to high for the value.

We have stayed in several Quality Inns which had excellent breakfast bars, this was not one of them. Limited variety of food choices , cramped space. People waiting in line for coffee when it ran out.

Check in lady was less than friendly and helpful—stated cc was declined! I advised a second cc was added to reservation-she not so politely stated “we only go by the original cc info and that was declined”—gave her the new cc and she stated in a short unpleasant tone to follow the instructions on the screen - I was not pleased with her overall lack of being friendly and helpful
