Express check-in was very easy and our room was ready upon our earlier arrival, which was nice to be able to check in immediately. We were impressed by the size of our room and the cleanliness of it. Our view of the pond and the rolling hills was beautiful as well. The breakfast was delicious and much more than just the usual Continental breakfasts. The hot foods were great . . . scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy and hot biscuits. There was also many other choices as well. Also appreciated the hot tea, coffee and ice water that were always available in the lobby area. We went to the Amish Theater for a show and it was so convenient that the theater is attached to the hotel without having to go outside. This is all around a beautiful hotel and worth every penny to stay there. We had such an enjoyable and fun time for our girl's weekend there.

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. Great stay there.

What was not to LOVE about this place!!! Wonderful location, craft, antique shops in parking lot, mini golf for the kids in parking lot and a comedy theater connected as well. Breakfast was WONDERFUL!!! So many options! Rooms were super clean, almost seemed brand new even though it's been open for several years! The staff was super friendly. It felt VERY much like home! Enjoyed the nice warm fireplace lit daily, super nice leather sofa. Pool was super clean! Beds were comfy...I have to say this was one of my FAVORITE hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life! The whole grounds were phenomenal too...the landscaping! I could stay here for a long time, and we were only here for 3 nights! My family enjoyed this place, and we will definitely be back soon!

Nothing....EVERYTHING was top notch!

Very nice and clean hotel; we were thrilled the Amish Comedy Barn is attached as that was our main reason for coming to Berlin besides shopping, etc. Very nice room, spacious and great cable TV. Beds were a little squeaky but that didn't take away from the comfort. Our kids went with us (they're grown) and they also loved everything. They were going to take advantage of the pool but didn't. Lots of parking and there's even a mini-golf area but we didn't go. Breakfast is full and included eggs, potatoes, sausage links and biscuits and gravy. Several juice and milk options to choose from. The attendants are spot-on! A guy in front of me accidentally spilled his entire plate when he didn't balance it on the counter and it was immediately cleaned up by one the attendants. They have coffee, tea and hot chocolate offered in the evenings. You even have the option of an easy check-in and out.

No vending machines. the things the hotel sell as far as drinks and snacks were way over priced. Because of a wedding event , Night shift did no towels for the pool. By the time the poor girl working the front desk got everything done by herself we only had a little pool time not enough staff so no one answered guest services most of the time. We were supposed to have a fold away bed in our room but wasn’t. The girl who finally brought it was rude and refused to even talk though we thanked her for finding us one. Bot used to such rudeness when coming to Amish Country tv selection wasn’t good for a rainy weekend.

The hotel features a nice pool, and is connected to the local theatre featuring live music and variety shows as well as a beautiful event center. They offered a full breakfast which was wonderful, served by friendly locals/staff. The view overlooking the main street into the downtown area was stunning. Tourist attractions, including an adorable putt-putt course are within walking distance.

The only thing we didn't like was the shampoo and toiletries were poor quality. Maybe switching to full-sized quality bottles is in order.

This hotel was very close to Berlin shopping, and Millersburg/Walnut Creek close by. Very good location. The hotel is very clean and bright. Room was nice.

I received a text early in the morning stating that my credit card had already been charged and then another telling me I was set up for express check in. While I know some would appreciate this, I wanted to put the charges on a different card... and I prefer to speak with staff at check in - get restaurant suggestions, etc.

The property is beautiful! it is connected to the Amish theater where I got to see Sail On: Beach Boys Tribute band with the ease of walking down the hall; no fuss with traffic! This hotel is clean, the staff is professional, the atmosphere was my favorite though. It was the most Serene stay I have had anywhere!

My only dislike was the bed was not too comfortable, on the flip side of that the pillows were wonderful!

Was nice that a breakfast was provided and that you could get to the theater right from the hotel.

When I booked the room someone should have told me that there was a $5 discount on theater tickets when you stayed at the hotel. When I found out about it I called back and was told by Johnnie sorry can't do anything about it. He did call back and said he would give me 3 concession tickets but then when I went to pick up only received 2 but same thing happened to friend and she was given 3 concession tickets. People talk to each other so this was a little on fair. Also not that you could do anything, people above us was very heavy footed.

We loved the modern and "new" feel of this hotel. Our room was plenty big enough and had an easy to use TV remote and menu. The location is a perfect spot between several Amish towns. As a bonus, a short walk up the driveway led to a group of shops and a fantastic Bistro. Highly recommend the Italian Grilled Cheese! We spent an entire evening in the main lobby area relaxing on the oversized leather couches in front of a toasty fireplace eating our popcorn and watching the activity of guests coming and going. The breakfast area offered the standard goodies and had a very large, comfortable dining space. Couldn't have chosen a better stay.

Outside fire features didn't seem to be lit whenever we tried to use the patio. We opted for the inside fireplace instead.

Beautiful new hotel, very clean, nice rooms, great breakfast!! we visit Amish Country a few times every year, will definitely be back!

I’ve been visiting Amish Country for over 30 years, usually twice a year, the prices on lodging have gone up… I used to be able to find deals on rooms but did not for this stay, paid $162 for a one nights stay which for us is a little pricey…
