A clean room means more to me than anything! It was very clean and a friendly staff, I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We are smokers. It is a non-smoking property. It was supposed to have a designated area. The only area was clear at the end of the property, with a bench sitting under a big tree that was filled with birds. Which is covered in bird poop, and I do mean covered in it. I always respect the fact that people who don't smoke don't like being around it. I just think that a better area should be set up for us smokers.

Conveniently located within walking distance to shops restaurants and convenience stores. Room was spacious with a king size bed and couch I liked how the sink and dressing area was in the same room as the bathroom.. Free breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. breakfast area had plenty of seating plus a balcony looking over the countryside. Parking space was right in front of your rooms . We stayed in room 207 you can pull right up to the front door back door leads to a hallway inside motel that takes you to a ice machine,Drink machine and a public bathroom. The motel is only 2 levels and it is very quiet. The staff is friendly. Behind the motel is a view of the Amish country Well worth the money

The toilet was too low to the ground . No microwave in rooms A/C was not cold enough in our room for us .

Staff was friendly and helpful, but most of all the most AMAZING continental breakfast I've ever seen!!breakfast sandwiches,cheese omelets,hashbrowns,biscuits,(microwave warmup,but fresh)sausage gravy,waffle iron w/batter,toast,bagels,fruit,yogurt&granola,unlimited coffee,tea,hot chocolate, 4 types of juices....I probably missed some things,plus a gorgeous view of the Sunrise over the Berlin farming community from the dining area..all in all very much worth the price!!rooms were clean and modern...

No microwave in my room..

The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants & sight seeing! The hotel & our room was very clean! Our room had an outside door and our car was right outside our door which was great for unpacking & packing car. The view from our room was beautiful!

Our bathroom was VERY small & outdated! It still has the LOW, small toilet making it hard to get up. Our room was also outdated & plain, no decorations (or microwave). The breakfast was different. They had a refrig with breakfast sandwiches, hash browns & pancakes you could heat in microwave. They also had individual wrapped muffins, bagels or bread to toast; yogurts, fresh fruits, hard boiled eggs. Disappointed no Amish baked goods. This was fine for the 1 morning we were there.

We stayed at the Carriage house, our room had a fireplace and Jacuzzi. It was very relaxing after a full day of walking. You must be able to climb steps up to this room. The only minor issue we had was the internet for the t.v. didn't want to start up , so I called the front desk, and they came right away and got it up and running. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the price was great and the staff were very kind and accommodating. They do not have breakfast at the Carriage house, but you can drive down the road to the main building for that. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Helpful, kind, and engaged staff. Lovely views, especially from the breakfast room. Lobby is inviting. Sizeable accommodations in the Carriage House (off-site). Received a tour of the main facility when I asked about hosting a retreat in their large meeting room. Immediate response to inquiries. Very quiet accommodations. Much appreciated respite.

Would have appreciated having the heat turned on in the room before we arrived. Took a while to heat up. Icy steps in the a.m. at the Carriage House. Overhead and wall vents/fans need better dusting. (Often overlooked in general...even in people's homes.) Otherwise, the property was clean and well-maintained.

The property has so many positives! The location is very close to all there is to see and do, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. when we asked for a recommendation for a place to have breakfast she gave us a couple of choices and both were excellent. The room was so clean I even asked for the name of the head housekeeper, Diane you are doing a great job! I made full use of the deepest jetted tub I have ever seen and slept like a baby in a very comfortable bed. Please keep doing what you are doing, we will be back!!

Not one negative

Room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean.

We were placed in a property away from the main property and we had trouble locating the room. We were told it was in the back. We walked around the sidewalk which took us around the left side of the building. The sidewalk ended and our room was not visible. We finally walked through the grass past the sidewalk to the right side. Our room was on the other end of the building. The parking for this room was on the other side of the parking lot.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean and quiet. My friend and I were even to walk from this location to most of the places we wanted to visit even the little coffee shop a couple blocks away.

I really do not have any negative things to say. This was my first time staying in one of the rooms inside. I have stayed here in the past and ways stayed in one of the rooms with their own entrance and honestly I like those better just for convenience is all. I chose to stay at one of the inside ones this time just to try it but again no negative.

I am writing specifically about carriage room 10. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub and the fireplace was a nice touch. The location was off campus from the hotel...... private and quiet. It was a great place for a couple to reconnect and have some down time. Great parking. It's a pretty nice place. We loved it.

No ice machine on the premises. You have to go to the main building for it...... Plan accordingly. If you are elderly and can t climb any stairs, you might want to pick another room. If you can climb a few stairs....no problem.
