Blessings Lodge is an excellent place to stay. One of my favorites.

But, I probably wont be staying again unless someone can explained to me how you can advertise a room for $106 a night and I end up paying $176. We were charged $25 cleaning fee that you dont see until you check out. We stayed one night. I washed my own coffee cups. There were a few papers in the trash. Hardly worth $25 fee I was charged. I can stay at a local hotel with no hidden fees and know exactly what I will be paying. Overall, I like this place. Just be truthful about how much it's going to cost BEFORE I am committed to a nonrefundable price. THAT would be the BLESSING.

The set up was nice. A large living room area and a separate, large bedroom area. It is an older facility that it appears that the owners have updated and made it look nice.

The shower is a small corner shower. Very small. There is a door to an adjoining room. My personal preference is I don’t care for those. I understand not much can be done about that. Overall the rooms were very clean, however the bedroom window had cobwebs all over it. A few ceiling tiles had brown water spot damage. The kitchenette area had no sink, you have to go into the bathroom off the bedroom to clean dishes. Again not much can be done about that. Lastly we could hear the people above us walking around and talking, was difficult to sleep at times. No fault of the owners.

I didn’t know there was a breakfast available to us. The decor, the jacuzzi tub, just the whole ambience & wood throughout made it very country~ my style. It looked like the way I would have decorated. Also, the fact you sent all the information through email in a timely manner & the fact you could choose to arrive earlier and check out later when you booked was a nice option

We had somebody come in late & you could hear alot outside , so I’d say some sound proofing for the rooms.

Very beautiful lodge had everything we needed Very clean facilities,staff was very friendly Great location was close to a lot of activities in the area. Room was a lot bigger than we was expecting King bed was nice and comfortable Views in the morning and at sunset was beautiful Highly recommended place to stay

Only thing we didn't like was there was no tv in the bedroom and for some reason it had a separate thermostat and we couldn't control the room temperature(my wife is very cold natured)

The room used to come with my husband's favorite cookies waiting for you on the table, it is even pictured when you book the cabin, but they were not there this time. He was very disappointed about that, he looked forward to those each time we came there, which this is the third or fourth time we have been to the Blessing Lodge.

It was very clean and comfortable. It seems as though the owners or managers had personally stayed there as we had everything we needed, except a flyswatter.

We had one pesky fly, and did not have a flyswatter to take care of it.

Comfortable Furniture and bed

hearing the people above us all night. Every move they made, every time they turned the water on. The water supply line in our toilet would tap the inside of the wall every time it finished refilling...

Nice and clean. Close to everything.

For such a big and nice place, the Shower is WAY too small!!! It could also use a small sink to wash those dishes but, we didn’t use them so, no biggie. Other than than that.. all was good.

Very nice condition exceptionally clean, good location to downtown shops and restaurants

Not much, needed small table on deck by chairs for your coffee cup in morning

I look for quality and value when looking for a place to stay. And this fit the card perfectly. Will definitely be booking with again.
